Entregaram 2 refrigerantes quentes e quando liguei pra pedir a troca, fui muito mal atendido pelo Leandro, e ele disse que é o que tem se eu quiser.. eu disse que já fiz o pedido por app e o motoboy disse que não poderia devolver .. mesmo assim o Leandro disse que é o que tem e não pode fazer nada, como um restaurante vende um refrigerante quente e sem deixar isso claro no app?!
Não compro e não indico.. péssimo atendimento, fiquei com 2 refrigerantes quentes e ainda tive que sair do trabalho procurar algo gelado para beber
Terrible!! They delivered 2 hot sodas and when I called to ask for the exchange, I was very poorly attended by Leandro, and he said that it is what it has if I want it ... I said that I already ordered by app and the courier said I couldn't return it. even so Leandro said that he has what he can do and can’t do anything, like a restaurant selling a hot soda and without making it clear in the app ?!
I don't buy it and I don't recommend it ... terrible service, I had 2 hot soft drinks and I still had to leave work to find something cold to drink

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veio faltando peso na marmita, é não gostaram que eu falei que tava faltando, ainda foram mal educados na resposta, quando se fala de peso, têm que ser o peso falado, aproximadamente é quase o peso e não mais de100 gramas e a coisa não está feia pro meu lado por eu ter pesado a marmita, como me responderam, graças a Deus vou bem, deve tá feio pra vcs por mandarem comida faltando nas marmitas ,fora que demorou mais de uma hora pra entregar, 68 minutos pra ser exato

Due to a misunderstanding generated by the iFood system, the owner accused me of wanting to eat without paying, was extremely rude, ironic, threatened me 'I would solve it with his motoboy' and had zero interest in trying to resolve the matter! I NEVER ASK THERE AGAIN, and I don't even recommend that they ask. Just to clarify: my order was paid. Follow the conversation with iFood's own chat

Terrible !!! There was a hair in my lunch box, I complained, I was super poorly attended, a total neglect! Of course I don't want to eat anything from this place anymore and they don't refund the money!!

Obs: se vc gosta de farofa, vai amaaaaaar a farofa deles. Hummmmm ??
Delicious, soft and always hot food. Delivery is super fast and service is courteous.
