★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo ifood,além de demorarem para entregar,ainda me mandaram o pedido errado (detalhe eu estava morrendo de fome),entrei em contato com eles por WhatsApp a primeira vez para saber o pq da demora da entrega, eles me disseram q iria chegar em 10 min. Resumindo mais de 30 min de atraso(já fiquei irritada com isso),quando finalmente o pedido chegou, veio errado.
Tentei contato novamente para reclamar que o pedido veio errado minhas msg não chegavam e o telefone deles celular estava desligado.
Entrei no Google para ver o endereço do local e fui até lá, chegando la, o local estava fechado.
Foram responder minha mensagem quase uma hora depois... E eu estava em um restaurante jantando,perguntando se eu havia comido.
Respondi que não , mais não estava em casa para eles irem trocar pois como disse lá em cima eu estava com fome e fui em outro lugar comer.
O que estou revoltada e que além de demorarem para entregar,não tive suporte nenhum.
Foi a minha primeira compra e ultúlt neste lugar,não recomendo a ninguém.
I made an order for the ifood, in addition to being delayed to deliver, they still sent me the wrong request (detail I was starving), I contacted them through WhatsApp the first time to find out why the delivery delay, they told me would arrive in 10 min. Summing up over 30 min of delay (I was already annoyed with that), when the order finally arrived, it went wrong.
I tried to contact again to complain that the request went wrong my msg did not arrive and their cell phone was off.
I went to Google to see the address of the place and went there, arriving there, the place was closed.
They went to answer my message almost an hour later ... And I was at a diner, asking if I had eaten.
I said no, but I was not at home so they would change because as I said up there I was hungry and went somewhere else to eat.
What I am revolted and that besides delay to deliver, I had no support at all.
It was my first purchase and ultúlt in this place, do not recommend it to anyone.
