★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu pudesse daria zero, pela total falta de profissionalismo dessa marmoraria. Me mandaram um terceiro para fazer a bancada da minha cozinha, foi tão mal instalada que a pedra caiu no chão e quebrou no meio, uma bancada de 2 metros! Não se responsabilizaram pelo ocorrido, pois disseram que eu contratei direto com o terceirizado, terceirizado que eles mandaram! Agora nem a pedra que quebrou e eles levaram para cortar estão querendo instalar, não respondem a arquiteta da marcenaria que refez a bancada, agora em madeira, para evitar estresse. Não dão uma posição de orçamento para a instalação, sabe Deus se a pedra ainda está lá.
Não contratem!!!

Solicitamos apenas um complemento para instalação de um cooktop.
Ficou horrivel. Já começa com os prazos que dão e não cumprem. Impossivel falar com o "responsavel". A funcionaria da empresa diz que não consegue falar com o responsavel. A pedra instalada ficou completamente cheira de riscos e fosca. Já veio uma pessoa 3 vezes aqui em casa pra polir e cada vez fica pior. Se pudesse voltar no tempo jamais passaria na frente deste empresa. Quem quer ter dor de cabeça na obra contratem esses caras.
