★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O dono do estabelecimento é extremamente grosseiro! Comprei uma soleira de R$150,00 (que segundo ele era mármore importado). Quando me entregaram, após o corte na hora, a peça tinha 3 arranhões bem feios e visíveis. Questionei na hora e ele ainda xingou porque eu pedi que reparasse isto. Os funcionários educados e solícitos, mas o proprietário é muito mal educado. Só não cancelei a compra na hora porque minha esposa não vê a hora de terminar logo a obra no banheiro, que começou a poucos dias antes da pandemia e teve que parar com tudo quebrado.
The owner of the establishment is extremely rude! I bought a threshold of R $ 150.00 (which according to him was imported marble). When delivered, after the cut was made, the piece had 3 very ugly and visible scratches. I asked at the time and he even cursed because I asked him to fix this. The staff are polite and helpful, but the owner is very rude. I just didn't cancel the purchase right away because my wife can't wait to finish the work on the bathroom right away, which started a few days before the pandemic and had to stop everything broken.

Eu estava muito nervosa com obra em casa e foi quando conheci a senhora Andressa e o Sr.Fernando que tiveram todo amor,carinho e paciência comigo,pois realmente não entendia nada de bancadas.
Eles me ajudaram no que podia ,fizeram o impossível para me ajudar.
São pessoas honestas ,confiáveis ,atenciosos e educados comigo .
Eu amei tudo ,o atendimento a pedra mármore ficou lindíssima,chique demais.
Estou realmente apaixonada por todos as pessoas envolvidos dessa empresa que me ajudaram com rapidez,pontualidade e preço justo a realizar meu grande sonho de fazer meu banheiro.
Material de primeira qualidade.

I was very nervous about work at home and it was when I met Mrs. Andressa and Mr. Fernando that they had all the love, affection and patience with me, because I really didn't understand anything about countertops.
They helped me in what they could, they did the impossible to help me.
They are honest, trustworthy, caring and polite people.
I loved everything, the marble stone service was beautiful, too chic.
I am really in love with all the people involved in this company who helped me with speed, punctuality and fair price to realize my big dream of making my bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento de um senhor (acredito ser o dono). Grosseiro !!!!! Estou tentando um retorno para conserto da instalação da minha pia. Esse senhor que me atendeu foi extremamente agressivo comigo. Muito triste, me senti lesada! Paguei por algo que não valeu a pena, por causa do constrangimento. Se vc foi bem atendido provavelmente foi por um funcionário! Agora q vejo qntos comentários a cerca do mesmo assunto. O serviço não ficou bom e fui destratada. Não recomendo a empresa!!!
Bad service from a gentleman (I believe I am the owner). Rude !!!!! I'm trying to get back to fix my sink installation. This gentleman who attended me was extremely aggressive towards me. Very sad, I felt hurt! I paid for something that wasn't worth it, because of the embarrassment. If you were well attended, it was probably by an employee! Now I see many comments on the same subject. The service was not good and I was disliked. I do not recommend the company !!!

I made a purchase for a granite sink counter, the service was great, very attentive, Mr Fernando gave us all the attention, including going personally to take the measurements. We will wait for delivery and installation, and returned to my aviation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo pós venda! NÃO COMPREM com eles. Paguei mais caro pensando valer a pena e me decepcionei. O proprietário é um grosso e mal educado. Liguei p solicitar um reparo, pois o canto da pia ficou vazando (por erro deles) e ele me atendeu super grosso me chamando arrogantemente de “minha filha é onde”. Sou cliente, até depois de ter pago! E paguei caro! Minha vontade é pagar o dobro p mandar arrancar essa bancada só p não ter q me lembrar dessa humilhação. SOU CLIENTE, não pedi favor, eu Paguei a vista 3000,00. Olha que nem reclamei da pedra que colocaram aqui, dizendo ser São grabriel (mas é diferente, é tipo um fosco), só pedi um reparo! ODIEI a experiência, vai por mim não vale a pena correr o risco c eles.
A única coisa boa são os funcionários q são educados. O dono deveria aprender c eles. Não se chama cliente de “minha filha” nem educadamente, muito menos c deboche. NÃAAAAO Comprem!
Lousy after sale! DO NOT BUY with them. I paid more dearly thinking it was worth it and was disappointed. The owner is rude and rude. Comprei uma bancada para o banheiro de mármore prime, mas para minha surpresa a pedra que recebi foi outra. Quando fui lá conversar para entender o ocorrido, foi péssimo! Pelo menos me devolveram o dinheiro! Não recomendo!!
