Se precisar de pós venda esqueça.
Fiz uma escada de granito na GRANTEC da Quarta Parada, os degraus estão todos quebrando pela péssima colocação.
O primeiro degrau que quebrou alegaram problema da estrutura da escada, paguei a recuperação, o segundo que quebrou apesar de diversas solicitações para o Jean e Ivete, sem qualquer retorno.
Agendei visita com o filho do dono, Rodrigo, não comparece nem responde recados.
Contratei outra empresa que constatou a péssima instalação.
Caso deseje ser mal atendido, não esqueça GRANTEC da Quarta Parada.

O funcionário Jean, nos recepcionou muito bem, de maneira prestativa, atenciosa. Preocupou-se em sanar as dúvidas, que eram pertinentes, além da paciência em saber ouvir o nosso desejo como cliente e a melhor forma e adequação de execução do projeto. Encomendamos uma bancada esculpida, em quartzo, no cinza estelar para a área da varanda. O trabalho ficou muito bem feito. Vale ressaltar que o pós venda fez toda a diferença, tivemos todo o suporte necessário. Nosso projeto foi entregue dentro do prazo estipulado e ficamos muito contentes com o resultado. Fica registrado aqui, o meu muito obrigado. Continuem com essa dedicação, respeito e o serviço de execução e pós venda de qualidade ao cliente.

Iniciei o contato por telefone e então me solicitaram imagens via whatsapp dos reparos desejados. Após envio das imagens, descaso para responder as mensagens. Apesar do mal atendimento via whatsapp, o preço foi o mais barato e optamos por realizar o trabalho. Para solicitar agendamento do serviço parecia que estavam me fazendo um grande favor, sem responder de forma assertiva às mensagens e sem a possibilidade de agendar um horário para execução do serviço. Expliquei a dificuldade em não agendar horário, visto que trabalhamos homeoffice e dependendo do horário que chegassem, poderíamos não conseguir recebe-los. Sem mais notícias, só enviaram mensagem solicitando meu endereço.
Devido ao péssimo atendimento, mesmo sendo o orçamento mais barato, optamos por fazer em outro lugar, deixando claro meu descontentamento. Apenas recebi uma sugestão de dia e período para o serviço e nenhuma justificativa ou atenção pelo descaso.
Se não sabem lidar com o público é melhor fecharem as portas!
Terrible attendance.
I started contacting by phone and then asked for images via whatsapp of the desired repairs. After sending the images, I refuse to reply to the messages. Despite the poor service via whatsapp, the price was the cheapest and we chose to do the job. To request an appointment for the service, it seemed they were doing me a great favor, without responding assertively to messages and without the possibility of scheduling a time for the service to be performed. I explained the difficulty in not scheduling time, since we work at home office and depending on the time they arrived, we might not be able to receive them. No more news, just sent a message requesting my address.
Due to the poor service, even being the cheapest budget, we chose to do it elsewhere, making my displeasure clear. I just received a suggestion of a day and period for the service and no justification or attention for the negligence.
If you don't know how to deal with the public, it's better to close the doors!
