★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento não emite nota fiscal quando fiz a compra de balcão.
Meu balcão precisava do recorte para o Cooktop o mesmo foi feito errado ao passar do dias meu percebi um trincado no dia 28/02 liguei várias vezes mais o número de celular que tinha não atendia e pelo whatsapp não recebia as mensagens após muito insistindo consegui fala com o senhor Admar no dia 23/04 o mesmo falou que iria até minha casa ver o balcão o mesmo constato que era um rachado qndo foi instalado e se prontificou a trocar porém não apareceu no dia marcado liguei várias vezes ninguém atendeu no dia 20/05 falei com o mesmo pelo whatsapp ele disse que não iria resolver porque o funcionário garantido que não fez o ocorrido que ele iria colocar nos frente a frente porq seria minha palavra contra a dele.
Ou seja a empresa não se compromete com seus clientes não tem garantia já que ele não quer fazer o conserto ou troca. O mesmo se insentou disse pra eu resolver com o funcionário.
Péssimo serviço e atendimento NÃO RECOMENDO!!!!
Bad service does not issue invoice when I made the purchase over the counter.
My counter needed the cutout for the Cooktop the same thing was done wrong as the days passed mine I noticed a crack on the 28/02 I called several times more the cell phone number that I had not answered and by whatsapp I did not receive the messages after much insisting I was able to speak with Mr. Admar on 04/23 he said that he would go to my house to see the counter, the same fact that it was cracked when it was installed and offered to change but it did not appear on the scheduled day, I called several times, no one answered on the 20th / 05 i spoke with him on whatsapp he said he would not solve it because the official guaranteed that he did not do what happened he would put us face to face because it would be my word against his.
In other words, the company does not commit to its customers has no guarantee since it does not want to do the repair or exchange. The same thing happened and told me to settle with the employee.
Poor service and care I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!
