O primeiro atendimento é rápido e maravilhoso.
Até vc efetuar o pagamento. Depois não atendem mais ao telefone. Não dão retorno ,e o produto é de péssima qualidade. Fizeram instalação de uma pia na minha casa 3 dias depois a pia está toda rachada. Uma funcionária chamada Débora me disse que viriam até minha casa resolver ,mas não vieram. E agora quando ligo ela finge que não está me escutando e depois não me atende mais.
Péssimo atendimento.
Um absurdo o desrespeito com o cliente.

They installed a sink in my house 3 days later the sink is all cracked. An employee named Débora told me that they would come to my house to resolve, but they didn't. And now when I call, she pretends she's not listening to me and then doesn't answer me anymore.
Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É comprar pra ter dor de cabeça, são muito enrolados, na hora da venda respondem rapidinho depois que vc paga é só por milagre responderem. No dia da entrega e instalação da pedra atrasaram mais de 3 horas e não atendiam telefone , quando instalaram deixaram com o acabamento péssimo. Não recomendo de jeito algum.
