★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi horrível dessa marmoraria, pra vender uma beleza mas quando precisa da assistência uma porcaria.
Comprei uma pia preto absoluto, já na instalação ficou com mancha, o instalador disse que sairia depois, bom nunca vi isso mais enfim não saiu, quando ligamos pra pedir que viessem olhar foi um Deus nos acuda. Falavam que vinham e não vinham, minha esposa mandava mensagem pra Karina que foi com quem ela fechou mas ela não respondia, enfim, uma palhaçada.
Não recomendo só estou dando 1 estrela pq não tem 0 senão seria 0 com certeza.
Não comprem deles.
My experience was horrible of this marble shop, to sell a beauty but when you need the assistance sucks.
I bought an absolute black sink, already in the installation was stained, the installer said it would come out later, well never seen it but finally did not come, when we called to ask them to look was a God help us. They said they were coming and not coming, my wife texted Karina who was the one she closed with but she didn't answer, finally, a clown.
I do not recommend just giving 1 star because it has 0 otherwise it would be 0 for sure.
Do not buy from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico para ninguém, veio instalar uma pia em meu apto quebrou registro, até piso fui reclama a atendente veio me dizer que o montar e da confiança dela e ele não e capaz de fazer isso. Não tiver boa experiência

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima, comprei uma pia escupida no dia 16/02/2019 no dia 24/10/2020 caiu parte da pia no mesmo dia mandei msg demoraram 15 dias para vir em casa olhar o que aconteceu, e disseram que iriam arrumar , estou esperando até hoje 21/10/2020 e pra minha surpresa a peça estava la na marmoraria jogada se quer fizeram nada e não deram uma data para vir colocar ela, quero deixar todos cientes que a KARINA a atendente é extremamente grossa tratando os clientes como se fosse qualquer coisa. PENA QUE TEM QUE DAR UMA ESTRELA ELES NAO MERECEM
bad, I bought a built-in sink on 02/16/2019 on 10/24/2020 part of the sink fell on the same day it took me 15 days to come home to look at what happened, and they said they would fix it, I am waiting until today 10/21/2020 and to my surprise the piece was there in the marble store played if you wanted to do nothing and did not give a date to put it on, I want to make everyone aware that KARINA the attendant is extremely thick treating customers as if it were any thing. PENALTY THAT HAS TO GIVE A STAR THEY DON'T DESERVE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 02/09/2019 comprei na marmoraria Sol uma pedra de mármore na cor preto absoluto, onde fui super bem atendida pela Karina, foi super prestativa, por várias vezes me falou que qualquer problema que eu tivesse era para tratar direto com ela e que a garantia do produto era permanente e direto com ela.
Porem após a entrega o cenário mudou, apresentou várias manchas na pia, entrei em contato com ela informando o que havia acontecido, disse que era estranho que isso nunca tinha acontecido o que é mentira, pois infelizmente só depois da compra vi várias reclamações iguais a minha no Google e reclame aqui.
Ela enviou ate minha residência seu sogro que analisou e disse que o problema era o detergente que eu estava usando (Ypê Neutro), e deixou uma palha de aço para toda vez com a pia seca eu esfregasse para a macha sair o que não aconteceu, e eu como leiga no assunto acreditei mais uma vez.
Quando meu marido chegou do trabalho que eu contei ele ficou irado, falou que onde já se viu ter uma pia e não poder usar sabão, com o que eu deveria lavar a louça então, e porque tudo isso não foi falado no ato da compra, etc...
Ate esse momento eu quem falava com a Karina, mas depois disso meu marido tomou a frente e foi tratar com ela, pediu para que enviasse uma pessoa que realmente entendesse do caso para ver o que estava acontecendo.
Depois de alguns dias o dono da loja Claudemir, veio e lixou a pedra o que ocasionou um desgaste na mesma, e pediu para que acompanhasse, para minha surpresa a pedra esta assim até hoje.
Agora não conseguimos mais falar com eles por telefone nenhum, nem respondem mensagens por whatsapp, marcam e não vem, estou com a pia aqui com manchas e sem nenhuma solução, por isso solicito o cancelamento da compra, pois o produto não é de boa qualidade e não tive ajuda nenhuma da Karina, conforme ela havia me prometido no ato da compra.
A quantidade de estrelas que essa empresa merece é ZEROOOOOOO.
Hoje 02/07/2020, venho somente reiterar a reclamação, para informar q o processo de troca ainda não foi concluído, porém o mesmo está em andamento.
Assim q tudo finalizar dou minha opinião final, referente ao serviço prestado, qto instalação e produto se ficaram bons.
Por enquanto processo em andamento, se Deus quiser para uma ótima finalização
On 09/02/2019 I bought a marble stone in the absolute black color at Sol marble, where I was very well attended by Karina, she was super helpful, several times she told me that any problem I had was to deal directly with her and that the product warranty was permanent and direct with her.
However, after the delivery, the scenario changed, she had several stains on the sink, I contacted her informing her of what had happened, she said it was strange that this had never happened, which is untrue, because unfortunately only after the purchase did I see several complaints equal to mine on Google and complain here.
She sent her father-in-law to my residence, who analyzed it and said that the problem was the detergent I was using (Ypê Neutro), and left a steel wool for every time with the dry sink I would scrub the ax out, which didn't happen, and as a layman on the subject I believed once more.
When my husband came home from work I told him he was angry, he said that where it was seen to have a sink and not being able to use soap, then I should wash the dishes, and because all this was not mentioned at the time of purchase, etc...
Up until that moment, I was the one talking to Karina, but after that my husband took the lead and went to deal with her, asked her to send someone who really understood the case to see what was going on.
After a few days the owner of the Claudemir store came and sanded the stone, which caused wear and tear on it, and asked him to accompany, to my surprise, the stone is still like this today.
Now we can’t talk to them on the phone anymore, they don’t even answer messages via whatsapp, they book and they don’t come, I have the sink here with stains and no solution, so I request the cancellation of the purchase, as the product is not of good quality and I had no help from Karina, as she had promised me at the time of purchase.
The amount of stars that this company deserves is ZEROOOOOOO.
Today, 07/02/2020, I will only reiterate the complaint, to inform you that the exchange process has not yet been concluded, but it is still in progress.
As soon as everything is finalized, I give my final opinion, regarding the service provided, the installation and product if they were good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super indico, estou mega apaixonada por esta bancada da pia ao tanque, a cor da pedra é linda.
Mas a minha indicação vai além desta pedra, mas sim pelo atendimento excepcional, fui super bem atendida por mensagens, a Ká me aguentou mudando algumas coisas e pedindo outras, depois a execução do serviço foi antes do prazo, foram ao meu apto mediram, instalação e viram que precisa de ajustes, estes foram feitos no mesmo dia.
I highly recommend it, I'm in love with this countertop from sink to tank, the color of the stone is beautiful.
But my recommendation goes beyond this stone, but for the exceptional service, I was very well attended by messages, Ká held me by changing some things and asking for others, after the service was performed before the deadline, they went to my apt measured, installation and saw that it needs adjustments, these were made on the same day.
