★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei uma compra de serviço, com esse lugar onde no dia 22/10 com prazo dia 30/11 mas até hoje nada foi feito, informei no dia da contratação que iria viajar 19/12, e o mesmo disse que daria tempo, com isso não consegui planejar meu gabinete, pois o prazo não foi cumprido e ficará para 2021, fui até o estabelecimento solicitando a devolução do dinheiro onde o Sr. José informou que colocaria na manha do dia seguinte o que não ocorreu, liguei e com as mesma desculpa disseram que será hoje, eles são bons de vender, mas não Cumpri prazos e tentam sempre dar desculpas , INACEITÁVEL, estou me sentindo enganada, pois a reforma do meu banheiro só será concluída em 2021 por conta de pessoas que só visam dinheiro e não tem compromisso e responsabilidade com seus cliente.

A promessa de entrega era até dia 15 de Janeiro, porem somente entregaram e instalaram em 09 de Março. Isso mesmo, quase 2 meses depois do prometido! Precisei até solicitar uma notificação extrajudicial para um advogado para conseguir a entrega. Com relação a instalação: Serviço não é bem feito, o acabamento deixa MUITO a desejar. A pedra que comprei em "Marrom Absoluto" não tem nada de absoluto, está manchada e cheia de pontos brancos. Infelizmente foi uma economia que não vale a pena. Você que vai comprar, pense bem se vale a pena economizar 300, 400 reais e ter um serviço mais ou menos.
I bought two niches and two bathroom lavatories in December / 2018. Payment was via credit card. The promise of delivery was until January 15, but only delivered and installed on March 9. That's right, almost 2 months after the promised! I even required to request extrajudicial notice to a lawyer to get the delivery. Regarding installation: Service is not well done, the finish leaves VERY much to be desired. The stone I bought in "Absolute Brown" is nothing absolute, it is stained and full of white dots. Unfortunately it was an economy that was not worth it. You are going to buy, think well if it is worth saving 300, 400 reais and have a service more or less.
