★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, atrasaram muito no prazo de entrega, na instalação furaram a tubulação e não souberam concertar, tive que chamar um encanador, fizeram serviço inacabado, faz 6 meses que ficaram de fazer a tampa de inspeção da banheira e até hoje não entregaram, pai e filho donos prometem e não cumprem. PÉSSIMO NÃO RECOMENDO
 Very poor service, delayed in delivery time, the installation pierced the pipe and did not know how to fix, I had to call a plumber, they did unfinished service, it's been 6 months since they made the inspection cover of the bathtub and until today they did not deliver, and child owners promise and do not deliver. I DONT RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência muito ruim. Estou há mais de 25 dias esperando por uma simples peça prometido para 2 a 3 dias. Não atendem o telefone. Fui várias vezes na marmoraria. A promessa é sempre para o dia seguinte e até hoje nada. Não aconselho !

Atrasaram 15 a entrega, quando foram instalar veio um instalador BEBADO, fez um serviço porco e ainda por cima quebrou a pedra.
Me prometeram trocar tudo, estou mais 01 mês esperando, já furaram 3 vezes a data de instalação.
Raphael é MENTIROSO, fujão e não atende o telefone NUNCA.
Essa marmoraria é uma ESPELUNCA não passem nem perto !!!
Já paguei todo o serviço e já se passaram 2 meses !!!
Pessimo, PESSIMO PESSIMO PESSIMO ....
They delayed delivery 15, when they were installing came a DRUNK installer, did a pork service and over broke the stone.
I was promised to change everything, I'm waiting for another month, they've stuck 3 times the installation date.
Raphael is LIAR, runaway and does not answer the phone EVER.
This marble is a MIRROR do not pass even close !!!
I already paid the whole service and it's been 2 months !!!

Perda de tempo, paciência e dinheiro!
Tiraram as medidas e combinaram a data da entrega e instalação (10 dias depois).
Na data combinada (sexta feira) entrei em contato as 9hs da manhã, para me informar sobre o horário da instalação. O Sr. Raphael disse que a peça estava pronta, só aguardando o instalador, que entraria em contato comigo assim que chegasse.
Depois de inúmeras ligações para a marmoraria, no final da tarde o Sr. Raphael disse que o instalador estava no Morumbi num serviço e não chegaria a tempo. Sem escolha remarquei para segunda feira as 9hs.
Na segunda liguei inúmeras vezes para a marmoraria, não consegui falar com o Sr. Raphael, que nem pelo whatts respondeu. A pessoa que falou comigo por telefone disse que a peça estava quase pronta, só aguardando a colagem do tanque. (o Sr. Raphael havia mentindo na sexta) O instalador chegou às 16hs. A pedra foi feita na medida errada e precisou ser recortada. Ficando mais curta do que eu gostaria. (era isso ou mandar fazer outra). Mas por chegar as 16hs, o instalador não conseguiu concluir o trabalho e precisou retornar no dia seguinte pela manhã.
Minha reforma ficou parada por 3 dias graças a incompetência, desrespeito e descaso do Sr. Raphael e da Marmoraria Marajó.

Waste of time, patience and money!
They took the measurements and agreed on the date of delivery and installation (10 days later).
On the agreed date (Friday) I got in touch at 9 am to inform me about the installation time. Mr. Raphael said that the part was ready, just waiting for the installer, who would contact me as soon as he arrived.
After numerous calls to the marble shop, in the late afternoon Mr. Raphael said that the installer was in Morumbi on a service and would not arrive on time. With no choice I rescheduled for Monday at 9 am.
On the second I called the marble shop numerous times, I could not speak with Mr. Raphael, who didn't even answer by whatts. The person who spoke to me on the phone said that the piece was almost ready, just waiting for the tank to be glued. (Mr. Raphael had lied on Friday) The installer arrived at 4 pm. The stone was made to the wrong size and had to be cut. Getting shorter than I'd like. (it was that or order another one). But as it arrived at 4 pm, the installer was unable to complete the job and had to return the next day in the morning.
My renovation was stopped for 3 days thanks to the incompetence, disrespect and neglect of Mr. Raphael and Marmoraria Marajó.

Tive que refazer em outro lugar metades das peças que consegui receber porque metade do pedido nunca veio. O donos são incapazes de atender telefone (impossível falar). Se tivesse zero estrelas eu dava...
Run! Run away before you fall into this trap. Everything is bad! Poor service, poor delivery time and poor quality. Don't be fooled by good prices. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima experiencia! Eles nao cumpriram o prazo que eles me prometeram. Alem disso cobraram por grapas que eles nao instalaram. No dia da instalaçao eles precisaram mais do que 3 horas para buscar a pedra (eu moro 10 min. da marmoraria) e por isso nao terminaram. No segundo dia ele nao fez tudo como ele prometeu e deixou algumas partes feias. Nem desejo isto para o meu inimigo!
Bad experience! They didn't meet the deadline they promised me. Also, they charged for grapes that they didn't install. On the day of installation they needed more than 3 hours to fetch the stone (I live 10 minutes from the marble shop) and so they didn't finish. On the second day he didn't do everything as he promised and left some ugly parts. Nor do I wish this for my enemy!
