Fiz alguns exames no meu cachorro, e o exame veio com 3 erros!
1- veio com dois resultados divergentes para a mesma substância (Creatina), 2 - veio com um exame que a veterinária não pediu e por fim 3 - veio um resultado de amostra de fezes, sendo que nem foi colhida.
Não senti confiança nenhuma e vou ter que refazer os exames em outro local. Não posso deixar a saúde saúde meu cachorro, que tem problemas no fígado, nas mãos de resultados tão irresponsáveis assim.
I had a bad experience in the lab.
I did some exams on my dog, and the exam came with 3 errors!
1 - came with two divergent results for the same substance (Creatine), 2 - came with an exam that the veterinarian did not ask for and finally 3 - came a result of a stool sample, which was not even collected.
I didn't feel any confidence and I'll have to redo the exams in another place. I cannot leave the health of my dog, who has liver problems, in the hands of such irresponsible results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos muito bem atendidos e o resultado dos exames que realizamos saiu extremamente rápido! Fiquei impressionada. Gostei bastante. (Pena que meu cachorro dá um pouco de trabalho e acabei esquecendo de tirar fotos).
We were very well attended and the results of the exams we performed came out extremely fast! I was impressed. I really liked it. (Too bad my dog is a bit of work and I ended up forgetting to take pictures).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pela primeira vez realizar um exame de ultrassom abdominal no meu pet. Fui bem atendida tanto pela recepção quanto pelo veterinário que realizou o ultrassom. Aliás ele teve muita paciência visto que meu pet tem 06 meses e deu muito trabalho pra ficar de barriga pra cima.
I went for the first time to perform an abdominal ultrasound exam on my pet. I was well attended by both the reception and the vet who performed the ultrasound. In fact, he had a lot of patience since my pet is 06 months old and it took a lot of work to stay on his back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica é nota mil. Desde o primeiro atendimento feito pela Vitória, fomos recebidas- Amora?? e eu, com o maior carinho. Eles atendem nosso plano da Portopet, e fui atendida como se fosse cliente particular, com a maior presteza e gentileza. Marcamos exames pelo WhatsApp, o que é uma comodidade, e eles foram agendados com rapidez e eficiência, todos para o mesmo dia para facilitar a nossa vida.
Chegando lá , veterinários excelentes e muito carinhosos, ambiente lindo e acolhedor! Até bolinho com café eles oferecem pros humanos e biscoitinho pros pets. Foi uma experiência muito legal, recomendo a clínica de olhos fechados! Eles são demais ?
The clinic is a thousand. From the first service made by Vitória, we were received - Amora?? and I, with the greatest affection. They meet our Portopet plan, and I was treated as if I were a private customer, with the utmost promptness and kindness. We schedule exams via WhatsApp, which is a convenience, and they were scheduled quickly and efficiently, all for the same day to make our lives easier.
Getting there, excellent and very caring vets, beautiful and welcoming environment! They even offer cookies with coffee for humans and cookies for pets. It was a very cool experience, I recommend the clinic with eyes closed! They are awesome ?
