Realizamos um serviço com a Rubia, fomos duas vezes na loja para resolver o problema que foi instalado conjunto de pia de granito foi marcado a data e não compareceu para resolver. Não indico pra ninguém.
Bad experience, low quality materials and bad service.
We performed a service with Rubia, we went to the store twice to solve the problem that was installed a granite sink set was scheduled and did not show up to solve it. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Mandei mensagem solicitando uma visita, mandei video de tudo que preciso, a Rubia agendou um horário comigo e no dia nem se quer me mandou uma mensagem de cancelamento, eu perguntei o horário que viriam, devido a demora em chegar, e aí ela me falou que não tinha pessoal suficiente pra enviar até minha residência. Acabei me adoentando e quando me recuperei mandei mensagem pedindo uma nova data para a realização do serviço e fui ignorada no WhatsApp. Não recomendo.
Adicionada última conversa onde JAMAIS me informaram o motivo, apenas deixaram de falar com a cliente.
Bad experience! I sent a message requesting a visit, I sent a video of everything I need, Rubia scheduled a time with me and on the day she didn't even send me a cancellation message, I asked what time they would come, due to the delay in arriving, and then she told me that I didn't have enough personnel to send to my residence. I ended up getting sick and when I recovered I sent a message asking for a new date for the service and I was ignored on WhatsApp. I do not recommend.
Added the last conversation where they NEVER told me the reason, they just stopped talking to the client.

Desde o primeiro contato com a Rubia, tive um ótimo atendimento quando solicitei uma soleira, foi pontual na entrega e prestativa.
Fiz também uma bancada e pia para cozinha, percebi que independente do meu orçamento( uma soleira ou uma bancada e pia da cozinha) o atendimento é o mesmo de uma excelência ímpar!!!
