★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente somente atendem a grandes empreendimentos é ou construtores, ficando o cidadão sem atendimento já que prometem que vão realizar a visita técnica e nem ao menos dão o luxo de ligar avisando que não vai e quando ligamos para saber ainda somos mal atendidos por uma pessoa que se faz de irônica sem dar ao respeito de realmente quem é o cliente e quem é o fornecedor.
Uma pena, contudo penso que um dia quando não tiver mais clientes vão pensar.
Unfortunately they only serve large enterprises or builders, leaving the citizen without assistance since they promise that they will carry out the technical visit and do not even give the luxury of calling saying that they will not and when we call to find out we are still poorly attended by a person who it is ironic without really respecting who the customer is and who the supplier is.
A pity, however I think that one day when there are no more customers they will think.

Os montadores colocaram as pedras apoiadas em cima dos armários sem a nossa autorização Já na colocação do fogão embutido tudo começou a ceder. A loja então resolveu colocar rodapés de pedra para segurar tudo, tornando a estética não de acordo com o que era esperado. Logo após foi feita visita técnica para avaliação do ocorrido, e foi decidido colocar as grapas.
Os problemas foram resolvidos.
The pieces are very well made, but the installation was not good. The assemblers placed the stones supported on top of the cabinets without our authorization. In the placement of the built-in stove everything started to give way. The store then decided to put stone baseboards to hold everything, making the aesthetics not according to what was expected. Soon after, a technical visit was made to assess what happened, and it was decided to place the staples.
The problems have been solved.
