Fui atendida pela funcionária Sandra , que me ajudou a algumas decisões e ainda fui ajudada também pelo desenhista da empresa,pessoa super simpática.Sem falar que as peças ficaram ótimas .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei uma visita para orçamento, simplesmente, não foram. Deixei número de telefone para contato, não ligaram para dar nenhuma satisfação do pq não cumprir com o que foi acordado. Acho que o fato de ter ido de chinelo e de roupa simples, houve o julgamento que não deveria ter. Infelizmente, temos serviços que não sabem lidar com o porfissionalismo.
I scheduled a budget visit, they just weren't. I left a contact phone number, they didn’t call to give any satisfaction because they didn’t comply with what was agreed. I think the fact that I went in flip flops and in simple clothes, there was a judgment that I shouldn't have. Unfortunately, we have services that do not know how to deal with professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a instalação da bancada da cozinha, área de serviço e banheiro. Simplesmente TUDO DEU ERRADO! NÃO CONSEGUIRAM FAZER NADA CERTO! Serviço não tem um acabamento bom, foi instalado no meu banheiro uma bancada errada e removida 2x. Na cozinha as pedras foram entregues menor e feito errado. Levou uma eternidade para resolver. Experiência terrível! Obs: Apesar do serviço ser horroroso, a pessoa que tratou tudo comigo e me ajudou com os problema é ótima. O atendimento na loja é bom. O serviço é terrível!
I hired the installation of the kitchen countertop, service area and bathroom. Simply EVERYTHING GOT WRONG! THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING RIGHT! Service does not have a good finish, a wrong countertop was installed in my bathroom and removed 2x. In the kitchen the stones were delivered smaller and done wrong. It took forever to resolve. Terrible experience! Note: Although the service is horrible, the person who dealt with everything with me and helped me with the problems is great. The service at the store is good. The service is terrible!

Todo processo aconteceu de acordo com o combinado, desde o primeiro contato com o Rafael, passando por toda equipe, qualidade dos produtos colocados, até a finalização do serviço. Recomendo demais. Impeccable care and service. We changed the floors of 3 rooms + balcony. The entire process took place as agreed, from the first contact with Rafael, through the entire team, quality of the products placed, until the end of the service. I highly recommend. Congratulations to the whole team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento para a venda foi bom. O Rafael veio aqui na minha casa para ver como era meu piso antigo e me deu todas as informações que eu precisava. Mas acabei fechando com outra marmoraria que tinha o melhor preço. Depois tive um problema com algumas peças que não vieram na mesma tonalidade e entrei em contato novamente para ver se ele tinha alguma chapa no padrão que eu precisava. Dessa vez, ele se mostrou extremamente orgulhoso, me passando sermão e se negando a me atender, só porque fechei com outro marmorista. Não recomendo trabalhar com pessoas arrogantes.
The sales service was good. Rafael came to my house to see what my old floor was like and gave me all the information I needed. But I ended up closing with another marble shop that had the best price. Then I had a problem with some pieces that didn't come in the same shade and I contacted him again to see if he had any plate in the pattern I needed. This time, he was extremely proud, lecturing me and refusing to serve me, just because I closed with another marble worker. I don't recommend working with arrogant people.
