★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confesso que pensei bem antes de fechar o negócio,devido a algumas reclamações vistas por aqui.Eu e minha esposa, fomos ao local pesquisar preços e ver os materias para uma bancada,fomos muito bem atendidos e surpreendidos com ótimos preços,o mais barato de todas que pesquisamos na região.Agendaram para fazer a medição no local e foram pontuais,fechamos o serviço,compramos uma bancada de cozinha e uma soleira. A entrega foi feita no dia correto e na hora correta,com o material perfeito.Excelente serviço prestado,com ótimos funcionários e excelentes preços.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na loja é muito bom. A Fabiola conseguiu sanar os problemas que tivemos com os pequenos erros nas medições (único ponto que posso reclamar). Sempre se mostrou solicita e nunca se recusou a fazer os ajustes necessários. Respeitaram o que foi acordado. O serviço de polimento dos mármores antigos de minha residência também foi muito bem feito. De modo geral recomendo a empresa. Só deve-se ter mais atenção para as medições no local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma bancada de cozinha com cuba de inox. Paguei à vista, em dinheiro e na encomenda.
Bastante atenciosos no atendimento na loja.
Todavia, ou mandaram um funcionário incapacitado para tirar as medidas no imóvel ou fizeram o produto na medida errada.
Após a entrega a cuba não estava exatamente na posição que deveria (w ressaltei a importância disso várias vezes!), e os espelhos a serem colados à parede vieram mais alto do que deveriam, portanto não encaixando abaixo do espaço já existente para a colocação de sabão.
Sorte que eu tinha um pedreiro bom o suficiente para fazer as correções. Porque não todo o bom atendimento sumiu após a entrega.
Edit: Em resposta à empresa: Dei uma estrela porque não tinha como dar zero. O que vocês chamam de solução em 5 min? EU ter que perder tempo e dinheiro para levar para novo corte uma pedra que vocês não tiveram competência para cortar na medida? E para vocês saberem: na segunda vez cortaram errado de novo!!! Porque a pedra não tinha a mesma medida do início ao fim. Situação que teve que ser resolvida pelo ótimo pedreiro para eu não ter que gastar comprando outra pedra em outro lugar. Que bom que há pessoas que vocês atendem bem. Não foi meu caso.

Edit: In response to the company: I gave it a star because there was no way to give it zero. What do you call a 5 min solution? I have to waste time and money to take a stone that you didn't have the competence to cut to size again? And for you to know: the second time they cut it wrong again!!! Because the stone was not the same measure from start to finish. Situation that had to be resolved by the great mason so I wouldn't have to spend it buying another stone elsewhere. Glad there are people you serve well. It wasn't my case.

Não tive problemas em nenhuma etapa. O atendimento da Fabíola é incomparável, a entrega é rápida e flexível. Os preços estão na base do mercado mas a aceitam conversar..Então, só dando 5 estrelas msm. Nunca comentaria se não desejasse indicar a um bom amigo.

A primeira impressão não foi muito boa, porque tive que esperar bastante para ser atendido. Mas depois da espera fui muito bem atendido pela funcionária Fabíola. Aliás, deixo aqui meus elogios para ela que foi bastante atenciosa, organizada e simpática! Que continue assim!
A qualidade do acabamento e do material não é das melhores, mas reflete o preço, que é baixo comparado a outras marmorarias da região. Se você quiser um acabamento perfeito, nota 10 de 10, não recomendaria, algumas pedras vieram com pequenos trincos e imperfeições e acabamento que podia ser um pouco melhor. No entanto, nada de desastroso, logo, se você deseja uma boa relação de custo/benefício, recomendo.
Comprei diversas pedras de vários tamanhos, além de uma bancada de pia. Todas as entregas foram dentro do prazo (exceto uma ou duas que atrasaram um dia só, mas eu também tinha forçado um prazo de entrega apertado). Nesse quesito estão de parabéns!
Eles também oferecem bons descontos de acordo com a condição de pagamento ou se você também está comprando outra coisa em loja parceira (My Home, por exemplo).
Vale lembrar que eles só fazem entregas à domicílio de pedras muito grandes (tampos, bancas de pia, etc.) e para pedras menores (soleiras, etc.) é preciso buscar lá e não tem um bom lugar para para o carro ali.

However, nothing disastrous, so if you want a good cost / benefit ratio, I recommend it.
I bought several stones of various sizes, as well as a sink counter. All deliveries were on time (except for one or two that delayed one day, but I had also forced a tight delivery time). Congratulations on this point!
