Since the beginning of our project we had the help of the employee Diego, who was always very kind and considerate in understanding everything we were looking for. We did the project in-house (we didn't have an architect's supervision at this stage) and I can guarantee that the experience was excellent from beginning to end, from the designer to the installer. Não caiam nessa farsa de boa avaliação no google, vejam e leiam os comentários no Reclame Aqui, lá sim conheceram a verdadeira realidade dessa empresa.

Conforme já relatado, pós vendas inexistente, comprometimento zero com prazos, fazem uma sujeira desproporcional ao trabalho executado e possuem o dom de procrastinar o que for possível, ou seja, sempre ficará pronto em 10 dias. Este mantra, aliás, já estou escutando a meses. O meu pedido ainda não foi 100% entregue, está atrasando o término da obra e mesmo sabendo de todo este transtorno, o Diretor Comercial que nos atende pouco se importa com o cliente. Vamos aguardar....é algo que mais tenho feito. Dica de ouro, fujam desta empresa.
Worst possible experience with this company and the professionals who represent it. As already reported, non-existent after sales, zero commitment to deadlines, disproportionately mess up the work performed and have the gift of procrastinating as much as possible, that is, it will always be ready in 10 days. This mantra, by the way, I've been listening to it for months. My order has not yet been 100% delivered, it is delaying the completion of the work and even knowing all this inconvenience, the Commercial Director who assists us doesn't care about the customer.
