★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam desse empresa isso ser for uma, faz 31 dias e ainda não colocaram um peça de 1,40, imagina se for fazer uma coisa maior, não respondem, não entregam fora isso fizeram um orçamento inicial quando fui pagar falaram que tinha que acrescentar mais 50 pra comprar as barras de ferro para sustentar o mármore ou seja empresa de péssimo nível, já abri um processo no PROCON e vou ter que com a policia para pegar meu dinheiro de volta.
Run away from this company, this will be for one, 31 days ago and they have not yet placed a 1.40 piece, imagine if you are going to do something bigger, they don’t answer, they don’t hand it out, they made an initial budget when I went to pay, they said they had to add more 50 to buy the iron bars to support the marble, that is, a very poor company, I have already filed a lawsuit at PROCON and I will have to go to the police to get my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O combinado era em 15 dias a instalação do mármore. Demorou 22 dias. Isso sem contar que demoram dias pra responder as mensagens. Foi pedido pra avisar com antecedência a data e avisaram de última hora. Chegaram na minha casa quase 19h da noite e eu tenho certeza que só vieram pq eu disse que iria no dia seguinte pegar o dinheiro de volta. A pessoa que instalou fez o serviço de qualquer jeito. Foi preciso remover e instalar novamente pq não estava firme. PROCUREM UM LUGAR QUE SAIBAM O QUE É TER PROFISSIONALISMO E COMPROMETIMENTO COM O CLIENTE!!!!!

He was asked to give advance notice of the date and they told him at the last minute. They arrived at my house almost 7pm at night and I'm sure they only came because I said I would go the next day to get the money back. The person who installed it did the job anyway. It was necessary to remove and install again because it was not secure. LOOK FOR A PLACE THAT YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS TO HAVE PROFESSIONALISM AND COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER!!!!!
