O funcionário que veio fazer o serviço sujou a casa inteira de pó, na pressa em fazer o serviço e não utilizar água para evitar a poeira, e não orientou quanto a proteger os moveis da sujeira(orientar ou trazer materiais para isso). Além disso, foi solicitado uma cotação para outros serviços de acabamento, o mesmo funcionario supostamente tirou as medidas e falou de retornar com o orçamento, porém não retornou. Fiz um contato telefônico para verificar se havia algum orçamento como o solicitado, porém nada, nem informações e nem retornaram mais tarde como prometido. Com tantas marmorarias na cidade, evite essa, pois não demonstram profissionalismo ou respeito algum ao consumidor.
Lousy service. The employee who came to do the job smeared the entire house with dust, in a hurry to do the job and not use water to avoid dust, and did not give guidance on how to protect the furniture from dirt (guide or bring materials for it). In addition, a quote was requested for other finishing services, the same employee supposedly took the measurements and spoke of returning with the budget, but did not return. I made a phone call to check if there was a budget as requested, but nothing, neither information nor returned later as promised. With so many marble shops in the city, avoid this one, as they do not show professionalism or any respect to the consumer.
