Entramos em contato inúmeras vezes e o Gerente nunca se encontra, ou se quer dar um retorno. Vai a dica, procurem outra loja ou irá se arrepender .
Unfortunately a bad company, a customer bought a thermostat and the company demonstrates a total disregard even themselves dealing with a person in a wheelchair, which depends conditioning medications. We contacted numerous times and the Manager never lies, or if you want to give back. Go tip, try another store or you will regret it.

Agendei o dia para o técnico fazer a análise e reparo do meu refrigerador. No dia agendado liguei para empresa e a mesma me informou que o técnico estava em percurso que iria me atender em horário comercial. Tive que disponibilizar uma pessoa o dia inteiro e a empresa tratou com descaso, não cumpriu com o agendamento, não me deu satisfação, não atendia minhas ligações.
Não quero que ninguém passe pela frustação que tive.
Estou tentando informar a Electrolux para tomar proveniências.

On the scheduled day, I called the company and they informed me that the technician was on his way to attend to me during business hours. I had to make a person available all day and the company treated me with carelessness, did not meet the schedule, did not give me satisfaction, did not answer my calls.
I don't want anyone to go through the frustration I had.
I'm trying to inform Electrolux to take provenances.
