★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto da loja no sentido de produtos mas não gosto do atendimento. Hostil mas ao mesmo tempo ficam em cima. E acho um aburso a marcação cerrada que fazem no estacionamento. Sou cliente, semanal, outro dia fui ao carro coloquei toda a minha compra e estava indo ao Kalunga ao lado pegar a minha encomenda, era entrar e passar no caixa. Não pude. Vieram logo falar q não, mesmo eu sendo cliente e gastando muito. E ainda comprando p p hospital. Bom senso não tem nessa loja
I like the store in terms of products but I don't like the service. Hostile but at the same time on top. And I think the tight marking they make in the parking lot is an absurdity. I'm a client, weekly, the other day I went to the car, put all my purchases and was going to Kalunga next door to pick up my order, I had to go in and go to the cashier. I could not. They came right away to say no, even though I'm a client and I spend a lot. And still buying p p hospital. There is no common sense in this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes super atenciosos , educados , gentis. Somente na hora de pagar foi péssimo. A moça do caixa (só havia um caixa em funcionamento) ficou tentando resolver um problema atípico da pessoa que atendia e isso não foi rápido. Acabou me atrasando...
Super attentive, polite, kind servers. It was just bad when it came time to pay. The girl at the cashier (there was only one cashier working) was trying to solve an atypical problem of the person who answered and that wasn't fast. Ended up delaying me...
