★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim o vendendo não sabe negocia parece que está com preguiça de atender fui na loja hoje para comprar uma aro 29 a loja só parcela em até 6 vezes no cartão tentei negociar para 10 vezes precisava da bicicleta com urgência não consegui então optei em compra pela internet que é mais barato do que na loja só demora um pouco mais pra chegar.
 Bad service selling you don't know how to negotiate it seems like you are too lazy to answer I went to the store today to buy a rim 29 the store only installs up to 6 times on the card I tried to negotiate for 10 times I needed the bike urgently I couldn't get it so I opted to buy it internet that is cheaper than in the store it only takes a little longer to arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços acima do normal. Na internet a mesma bicicleta vc consegue comprar R$ 250 mais barato. Não são flexíveis quanto parcelamento. Não recomendo. Minha esposa comprou a bicicleta do meu filho lá sob meu protesto e alerta!
Prices above normal. On the internet, the same bike you can buy R$ 250 cheaper. They are not flexible regarding installment payments. I do not recommend. My wife bought my son's bike there under my protest and warning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não aconselho que vá a essa loja. Fui la uma vez e nunca mais volto. Vendedores mega mal educados, nem no seu olho eles olham ao te responder (ainda respondem de mal humor), parece até o SUS.
E para o meu espanto, a loja (se tiver a peça) até vende... Mas não instala kkkkkkkk.
É melhor procurarem uma loja menor e menos conhecida que provavelmente a pessoa olhe no seu olho e te trate como cliente. E não como um paciente do SUS.
I do not advise you to go to this store. I went there once and I never come back. Badly educated mega sellers, they don't even look at you when they answer you (they still answer in a bad mood), it even seems like the SUS.
And to my astonishment, the store (if you have the part) even sells... But it doesn't install kkkkkkkk.
It's best to look for a smaller, lesser-known store where the person is likely to look you in the eye and treat you like a customer. And not as a SUS patient.
