★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive que ligar para essa delegacia, para relatar uma situação delicada e de urgência, relacionada à violência contra a mulher e ameaça de morte da mesma. Pois tentei atendimento via telefone (pois moro no RJ e a vítima mora em SSA, mas está acuada em casa e sendo ameaçada) porque na DEAM, a agente que me atendeu, de prenome "Maria", foi extremamente grossa e ríspida, não querendo atender à solicitação e tampouco ouvir. E tão logo atendeu o telefone, tão logo também desligou-o com a chamada em curso e, mesmo após eu ligar novamente, ele atendeu e deixou o telefone fora do gancho e ficou rindo e conversando com outras pessoas na delegacia.
Daí eu tive que pesquisar outro número de delegacia que pudesse me dar uma ajuda para a vítima que mora aí na cidade. Então o agente Ivan, dessa CP (DHPP) educado e muito solícito e prestativo.
Mesmo não sendo sua CP de atuação, ele se dispôs a ouvir e me ajudar, já que na DEAM que deveria prestar o atendimento, têm em seu quadro de agentes, uma pessoa que faz pouco caso e principalmente sendo ela mulher também e numa delegacia contra violência à mulher.
De um lado, a vergonha de dizer que na DEAM tem pessoas assim. Por outro lado, parabenizo o excelente atendimento e postura do Agente IVAN.
Tenha certeza de que você faz jus à essência da Verdadeira Polícia Civil da Bahia.

 Unfortunately, I had to call this police station to report a delicate and urgent situation related to violence against women and the threat of her death. Because I tried to attend by phone (because I live in RJ and the victim lives in SSA, but is cornered at home and being threatened) because at DEAM, the agent who answered me, called "Maria", was extremely thick and harsh, not wanting comply with the request and neither listen. And as soon as he answered the phone, as soon as he hung up on the ongoing call, and even after I called again, he answered and left the phone off the hook and was laughing and talking to other people at the police station.
So I had to search for another number of police stations that could help me with the victim who lives there in the city. So Agent Ivan, from this CP (DHPP), was polite and very helpful and helpful.
Even though he was not his acting CP, he was willing to listen and help me, since in the DEAM who should provide the service, they have in their staff of agents, a person who makes little case and mainly being a woman too and in a police station against violence against women.
On the one hand, the shame of saying that at DEAM there are people like that. On the other hand, I congratulate Agent IVAN for his excellent service and attitude.
