★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is a bit rundown and also, if you didn't schedule the visitation to the top, then you should wait in line. The guided visitation starts at 11am, then 12pm and 1 pm. After that, it goes every hour from 2:30pm until 6:30pm since the building closes at 7:30pm. The view isn't that great although you can see as far as Pico do Jaraguá. The surrounding buildings are not really nice to see and the neighborhood is somehow stinky and dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to be better, without the railings and with less hassle, but it’s still one of São Paulo’s best views, and even better that the view from the neighboring Farol Santander. Also, it’s free! I recommend that you reserve your tickets beforehand online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is beautiful and the views are pretty great. But the organization of this is dreadful. I came today (Sunday), saw that the timings were for 13 and 1430- on the site and on a poster on the door. I came just before 1300, with about 12 people ahead of me. A couple people joined friends near the front some time after I did, but we were not taken as a group until 1400. Then each of us had to show ID and the guide asked us questions and wrote our info- by hand, it took almost 15 minutes.
Then we had to wait in another line for 15 minutes for no reason, and only then were we taken to the top. A guide spoke to us for a few minutes and then we were led out to the terrace. There were metal barriers in front of the rails so it was harder to get a really good view. Which I found pointless as there were only 15 of us and a guide and 3 guards. Not only that but only maybe half of the terrace was open for viewing. We were only allowed about 5 minutes on each side of the terrace.
I've been to many lookouts in several parts of the globe and I've never had such a frustrating experience. I would prefer to pay an entrance fee and have more tours, waiting for an hour for a limited experience was almost not worth it.
