★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only way to really comprehend the size of Sao Paulo is to see it from the top of this building. The view is incredible. Though you have to pay to go out into the viewing platform, they provide you with a beverage so you can sip a glass of wine and enjoy the sprawl of the city. The glass does impede the view a bit, but it's obviously necessary for safety. The main drawback is that the view is only about 180° rather than 360°, but it's definitely the best you can get outside of a helicopter or plane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The platform outside only opens at 15-19. You pay R$30 for going there and you’ll get a drink. The view is nice but the glasses bother, though they’re for safety. Honestly, I don’t think this is a observation deck. It makes me feel more like they just use this space to get more money. They can do more to let tourists know what they can see from standing here. Maybe put some sign or give out introductions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a real shame that they put glass up at the rooftop and it’s the reason why I haven’t scored five stars for this otherwise perfect location. The glass is tinted + dirty so it makes for bad quality photos. I also found the pay arrangements a little confusing but it’s still a great place to relax with a cocktail and soak up the sprawling expanse of this metropolis

you need to pay to go up to the rooftop and see the view, that not so cool , but at the end that worth it, i took wonderful pictures !
you also get a drink after buying the ticket .. so at the end of the day, nice and unique place.
