★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem dia 14/02 às 16h44 estive na papelaria para comprar um mouse sem fio para minha filha. Não sabia que era a pilha. Inclusive tive duvidas se tinha mesmo o USB e a moça me mostrou onde Localizava. Sai da loja e liguei para a minha filha e ela me disse que não queria a pilha, muitonruim para carregar. Embora a embalagem tinha sido aberta, nao estava sanifi ada, pois voltei logo em seguida e o mouse nem foi usado. Ao retornar a loja falaram que não poderiam devol er o dinheiro porque comorei no cartão. Pedi para estornar. Disseram que nao poderia. Mas falaram que eu poderia fazer um vale para conprar qualquer outra mercadoria na loja. Me vi obrigada a trocar por um mouse com fio e gastar meu dinheiro com coisas que não precisava, como uma agenda, duas canetas e uma borracha. Engraçado que falaram que eu já tinha aberta a embalagem para devolver o dinheiro, mas para trocar não havia problemas. Muita incoerência. Perderam um cliente, simples assim. Falaram que eu oideia até tentar falar com o dono que podetia estar no local às 17h39 aproximadamente, mas nao era certeza. Péssimo atendimento.
Yesterday 02/14 at 16:44 I was at the stationery store to buy a wireless mouse for my daughter. Didn't know it was the pile. I even had doubts if I really had the USB and the girl showed me where it was located. I left the store and called my daughter and she told me she didn't want the battery, too bad to carry. Although the packaging had been opened, it was not sanitized, as I returned soon after and the mouse was not even used. When I returned to the store, they said that they could not return the money because I had no money on the card. I asked for a refund. They said I couldn't. But they said I could make a voucher to buy any other merchandise in the store. I was forced to switch to a wired mouse and spend my money on things I didn't need, like an agenda, two pens and an eraser. Funny that they said that I had already opened the package to return the money, but to exchange it was no problem. Too much inconsistency. They lost a customer, simple as that. They said that I even thought about trying to talk to the owner who could have been there at approximately 5:39 pm, but I wasn't sure. Terrible attendance.
