Ele é um excelente profissional, tem conhecimento e propriedade no que faz. Recomendo para pessoas com alta carga de stress, ansiedade, insônia e também problemas em geral (nervo ciático, tendinite, coluna, etc).
Não estou afirmando que a minha experiência positiva sirva para todos, mais vale a pena fazer o teste.
Medicamentos, somente se não tiver outra alternativa.

I had doubts about the efficiency of the therapeutic massage technique, today I have no more. I received a referral from a friend of Mr. Sergio Massagista and since I started the massage sessions, my quality of life has improved a lot.
He is an excellent professional, has knowledge and ownership in what he does. I recommend it for people with a high burden of stress, anxiety, insomnia and also problems in general (sciatic nerve, tendonitis, spine, etc.).
I am not claiming that my positive experience will work for everyone, but it is worth taking the test.
