★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei a massa de pastel há algum tempo atrás e foi excelente. Comprei pela segunda vez, e já não estava boa, massa grossa e pesada. Comprei ontem, dia 06/02/21, 3 massas de 500 grs, lote 33, a massa estava horrível, grossa, quebrando, pesada, e na hora de fritar, os pastéis abriram. Liguei no tel da empresa, e ninguém atende. NÃO RECOMENDO E NÃO INDICO
 I bought the pastry dough some time ago and it was excellent. I bought it a second time, and it was no longer good, thick and heavy pasta. I bought yesterday, 06/02/21, 3 pasta of 500 grs, batch 33, the dough was horrible, thick, breaking, heavy, and at the time of frying, the pastries opened. I called the company tel, and no one answers. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND DO NOT INDICATE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não sei dizer sobre a massa de pastel, como vi nos comentários, mas a massa da Lasanha, rondelli, é a melhor que existe no mercado, as outras marcas nem chega aos pés da Lasanha MR, estou morando em SBC, e não consigo achar essa massa por aqui, #lamentável
I can't say about the pastry dough, as I saw in the comments, but the Lasanha dough, rondelli, is the best there is on the market, the other brands don't even reach the feet of Lasanha MR, I'm living in SBC, and I can't find this mass around here, # regrettable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me mudei de São Paulo para Cotia e nos mercados daqui não encontro essa massa, está difícil achar uma massa boa como essa por aqui. Por favor tragam essa marca para os mercados de Cotia.
I moved from São Paulo to Cotia and in the markets here I can't find this pasta, it's hard to find a good pasta like this around here. Please bring this brand to Cotia markets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei a massa de nhoque, na embalagem escrito batata cozida, deixei aquecendo no molho por 10 minutos , ficou dura e não tem um gostinho de batata só trigo. Não compro mais. Horrível.
I bought the gnocchi dough, on the packaging written baked potato, I left it heating in the sauce for 10 minutes, it was hard and it doesn't have a potato taste, just wheat. I don't buy anymore. Horrible.

Comprei 2 kg de nhoque , fui fazer exatamente como descrevem atrás, estava com visitas em casa, o macarrão com gosto de farinha e duro , ficou horas e não amolecia enfim , tivemos que comer lanche , liguei na segunda e a recepcionista me disse pra guardar as Embalagens e um pouco do macarrão", e que viriam buscar , hoje quinta feira me mandaram no whatss que minha solicitação não foi aprovada e que não vinham buscar e nem trocar , me trataram sem Respeito algum , sugerindo que pra mim poderia estar duro e com gosto de farinha que o lote não tiveram reclamação, não tiveram a capacidade de levar pra Análise, e pior a embalagem não tem data de fabricação,não tem Email ,nunca mais vou comprar nada deles, empresa sem postura e vou atrás do meu direito, trabalho com alimento , nunca tratei um cliente assim me preocupo com o que vendo ,retiro pra Análise e dou outro produto , e não atendem minha ligação, Inadmissível!!! Se não sabem tratar as pessoas com Respeito e Educação fechem seu comércio!!!"Nem um pedido de Desculpas!!! , Mostra o quanto não possuem Amor pelo trabalho e pelos clientes !!! Muito triste isso !!
Awful!!! I bought 2 kg of gnocchi, I went to make it exactly as described above, I had visitors at home, the pasta tasted like flour and hard, it stayed for hours and didn't soften anyway, we had to eat a snack, I called on Monday and the receptionist told me to keep it the Packaging and some pasta", and that they would come to pick up, today Thursday they sent me on whatss that my request was not approved and that they didn't come to pick up or exchange, they treated me without any respect, suggesting that for me it could be hard and with a taste of flour that the batch had no complaints, they did not have the ability to take it for analysis, and worse, the packaging has no manufacturing date, no email, I will never buy anything from them again, the company has no attitude and I'm going after my right , I work with food, I've never treated a customer like that I worry about what I sell, I take it out for analysis and give another product, and they don't answer my call, Inadmissible!!! o!!!"Not an apology!!! , Shows how much they don't have Love for work and customers!!! That's very sad!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dou uma estrela porque não tem zero estrelas. O nhoque veio embolorado e estava na validade. Tentei acionar a empresa no único telefone que possui na embalagem e só chama, ninguém atende. Jamais voltarei a comprar nada da marca. Também acionei o Supermercado Preço e companhia, aqui do Tatuapé, que informou já haver outras reclamações de outros clientes.
I give one star because it doesn't have zero stars. The gnocchi came moldy and expired. I tried to call the company on the only phone they have in the package and they just call, no one answers. I will never buy anything from the brand again. I also called Supermercado Price and company, here in Tatuapé, which reported that there were already other complaints from other customers.

O que está acontecendo com essa massa?
Em outras vezes que compramos se mostrou excelente mas dessa vez deixou a desejar.
