★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contatei a Master Cleaner por indicação, de última hora no dia 21, ponte do feriado, para lavagem de motor e de chassis do meu jipe Jimny (eu não havia me atentado o quanto o motor estava sujo devido a algumas trilhas off-road que fizemos) e mesmo com a agenda cheia, fomos prontamente e muito bem atendidos, e além da lavagem, contratei tb o serviço de polimento (que na minha opinião ficou ótimo, mas o Jun e a Adriana disseram que ainda não está como eles queriam e q podemos melhorar mais ainda!!?) Todo processo de lavagem de chassis, do motor e da carroceria, limpeza interna e polimento, foram realizados com tamanha dedicação e esmero que achei que cada centavo pago ainda foi pouco, além das explicações que recebi a cada pergunta feita por curiosidade e desconhecimento! A experiência que eles têm de mais de 20 anos de atuação no segmento faz total diferença, pois não tinha noção do quanto meu "filho" já foi judiado da forma que costumamos "mandar lavar". Com certeza ganharam mais uma cliente (exigente) para lavagem e para outros serviços tb!! Muito obrigada Jun, Adriana, Seu Antônio e moço que não lembro o nome e q tomou banho junto com meu jipe para que ele ficasse impecável rs (sou péssima com nomes) ?
I contacted Master Cleaner by recommendation, last minute on the 21st, bridge of the holiday, to wash the engine and chassis of my jeep Jimny (I hadn't realized how dirty the engine was due to some off-road trails we did ) and even with a full schedule, we were promptly and very well attended, and in addition to washing, I also hired the polishing service (which in my opinion turned out great, but Jun and Adriana said that it is still not as they wanted and that we can improve even more!!?) The entire process of washing the chassis, engine and bodywork, internal cleaning and polishing, were carried out with such dedication and care that I thought that every penny paid was still little, in addition to the explanations I received for each question made out of curiosity and ignorance! The experience they have of more than 20 years of experience in the segment makes all the difference, as I had no idea how much my "son" has already been harassed in the way we usually "have it washed". They certainly gained another (demanding) customer for washing and other services too!! Thank you so much Jun, Adriana, Seu Antônio and the boy who I don't remember the name of and who took a shower with my jeep so that it would be impeccable lol (I'm terrible with names) ?
