★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta com o cardiologista. Dias antes pediram pra remarcar porque ele iria viajar. Remarquei. Cheguei 10 minutos antes, fiquei esperando 40 minutos e nada. Decidi cancelar a consulta pois eu tinha outro compromisso. Disseram que ele estava atendendo uma paciente que iria viajar para fora do Brasil. Como se ela fosse mais importante do que eu. Perdi meu tempo, gastei com Uber pra chegar lá. Precisava da consulta e fui tratada com desprezo e desrespeito.
Responderam ainda como se eu estivesse errada. Quando remarcar AM minha consulta eu avisei que tinha outra às 17h, uma hora depois. As clínicas dão perto, então me informaram que daria tempo tranquilamente. Atrasos acontecem, mas 40minutos? Aí é d+ ne! Ainda mais que eu estava ouvindo toda a conversa da Recepção e estava rolando o maior bate papo dentro do consultório. Falta de respeito maior ainda tentar jogar a culpa pra cima de mim. Ridículo!
I made an appointment with the cardiologist. Days before they asked to reschedule because he was going to travel. I rescheduled. I arrived 10 minutes before, I was waiting 40 minutes and nothing. I decided to cancel the appointment because I had another appointment. They said he was seeing a patient who was going to travel outside Brazil. As if she were more important than me. I wasted my time, spent with Uber to get there. I needed the consultation and I was treated with contempt and disrespect.
They still responded as if I was wrong. When I rescheduled my appointment, I told her I had another appointment at 5 pm, an hour later. The clinics are close by, so they informed me that I would give them time. Delays happen, but 40 minutes? There it is! Even more that I was listening to all the conversation at the Reception and the biggest chat was going on inside the office. Lack of even greater respect to try to blame it on me. Ridiculous!

Precisei recentemente de fazer 2 procedimentos que seria a retirada da vesícula biliar e um cálculo renal . Tive a sorte de encontrar esse profissional maravilhoso que em um único procedimento cirurgico conseguiu resolver. Tive um excelente amparo pós cirurgia. Super atencioso juntamente com toda a equipe da MASTER CLINICA.
Moving on to report an incredible medical experience I had with the Urologist and General Physician Dr. RICARDO LOPES. I met this professional at MASTER CLINICA. I recently needed to do 2 procedures which would be the removal of the gallbladder and a kidney stone. I was lucky to find this wonderful professional who managed to solve it in a single surgical procedure. I had excellent support after surgery. Super attentive together with the entire MASTER CLINICA team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Não possuem Whatsapp o que dificulta a comunicação. E após tendo feito o pagamento do exame, enviado o comprovante de pagamento, disseram que somente iriam enviar o exame no outro dia porque segundo o atendente ele estava em atendimento e não poderia anexar um arquivo no e-mail que custaria muito pra ele, que somente no outro dia.
Terrible service. They do not have Whatsapp which makes communication difficult. And after having paid for the exam, sent proof of payment, they said that they would only send the exam the other day because according to the attendant he was in attendance and could not attach a file to the email that would cost him a lot, which just the other day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica totalmente desorganizada, não sabem nem os planos que atendem; apresentam diversas desculpas para ficar remarcado a consulta, só comigo aconteceu por 3 vezes seguidas, ou seja, os profissionais estão pouco se importando com os pacientes.
Totally disorganized clinic, they don't even know the plans they serve; they have several excuses to reschedule the appointment, it only happened to me 3 times in a row, that is, the professionals don't care about the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Master Clínica fica no segundo andar, e nescessario se registrar para poder subir no edifício. O elevador é limpo assim como a clínica... o ambiente é pequeno porém no contempo aconchegante, na recepção e muito profissional, educada. Na pequena sala de espera tem um banheiro e bebedouro, tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado. Os profissionais que ali trabalham são simpáticos e destramatizam o clima, rendendo a consulta simples e prazerosa. É com certeza um lugar a se indicar, pois o atendimento é bom.
The Master Clinic is on the second floor, and registration is required in order to climb the building. The elevator is clean as is the clinic... the environment is small but in the cozy atmosphere, at the reception and very professional, polite. In the small waiting room there is a bathroom and a drinking fountain, all very clean and well maintained. The professionals who work there are friendly and simplify the atmosphere, making the consultation simple and pleasant. It is definitely a place to recommend, as the service is good.
