★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um brinco para a minha bebê e quando tirei o mesmo para limpar a tarraxa não estava segurando mais, levei o brinco para fazer a troca e a gerente da loja falou que o produto deveria irá para uma análise, ontem fui buscar o brinco e fui informada que a troca não foi autorizada. Estou muito insatisfeita pois isso só me mostra que o produto é de péssima qualidade, pois nao se pode nem tirar da orelha para limpar que danifica o produto.
 I bought an earring for my baby and when I took the same to clean the jar was not holding more, I took the earring to make the exchange and the store manager said that the product should go to an analysis, yesterday I went get the earring and went informed that the exchange was not authorized. I am very dissatisfied because this only shows me that the product is of poor quality, because you can not even take it out of the ear to clean it that damages the product.
