★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu sogro esteve na clínica no fim de semana, devido a uma ocorrência com seu cão que chegou à clínica muito machucado. Faltou profissionalismo e sensibilidade por parte da equipe que sequer mostrou os exames que alegaram terem feito no cachorro. Isso sem falar no péssimo atendimento que ele obteve no balcão. Funcionários foram muito arrogantes. Não confio e não recomendo.
My father-in-law was at the clinic over the weekend, due to an incident with his dog that arrived at the clinic very injured. The team lacked professionalism and sensitivity, which did not even show the tests they claimed to have done on the dog. Not to mention the bad service he got at the counter. Staff were very arrogant. I do not trust and do not recommend.

Além disso, se manifestam com arrogância e prepotência. Se vc tem um pet, não pague pra ver!!! Procure um ambiente onde as pessoas o acolham com amor, carinho e atenção que, muitas vezes, cura mais do que o próprio procedimento médico. PÉSSIMO AMBIENTE! Se você perdeu seu pet por negligência e falta de profissionalismo, entre em contato para que possamos abrir uma ação coletiva contra essa clinica lixo!
