E uma vergonha essa clínica não indico a ninguém só tem mal educado neste lugar

Foi informado que a consulta era as 9hr por ordem de chegada, cheguei 8hrs na clínica, a recepcionista recolheu meu cartão do plano, e mandou eu aguarda fora, dizendo que me chamava, ela me chamou 3hr depois para que desse baixa no sistema, e mandou que eu guardasse que o médico iria chama pois ainda estava em outra consulta, aguardei, e assim que fui chamada entrei no consultório e não passei nem 5min lá dentro, o psiquiatra me fez exatas 3 perguntas, me receitou dois remédios sem nem dizer o que eu tinha ou pra que servia o remédio, disse para volta em dezembro e me liberou. O atendimento deixa a deseja, e o profissional não me passou confiança nenhuma e não mostrou nenhum tipo de interesse em presta a atenção no que eu falava, marquei pra outro profissional em outra clínica e não comprei o remédio receitado, pois não me senti confiante o suficiente para compra o remédio receitado por ele, por fim, passei 4 longas horas estressantes lá, não recomendo, e sugiro que melhorem.

It was informed that the appointment was at 9 am on a first-come, first-served basis, I arrived at the clinic at 8 am, the receptionist picked up my plan card, and told me to wait outside, saying she was calling me, she called me 3 hours later to check it out, and he told me to keep the doctor from calling because he was still in another appointment, I waited, and as soon as I was called I went into the office and didn't even spend 5 minutes in there, the psychiatrist asked me exactly 3 questions, prescribed two drugs without even saying the I had or what the medicine was for, said back in December and released me. The service leaves me wanting, and the professional did not give me any confidence and showed no interest in paying attention to what I said, I booked another professional in another clinic and did not buy the prescription medication, because I did not feel confident enough to buy the medicine prescribed by him, finally, I spent 4 long stressful hours there, I do not recommend it, and I suggest that they improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma filha autista que estava marcada para ser consultada. Nao avisaram NADA nem me ligaram cheguei la tinham cocado outra criança no lugar dela.
Minha filha ainda entrou na sala mas n foi consultada e foi tirada da sala porque a outra paciente do horario DA MINHA FILHA tinha chegado.
Descaso da clinica e falta de empatia pelo proximo sei dos direitos da minha filha e ja entrei em contato com meu advogado
I have an autistic daughter who was scheduled to be seen. They did not warn NOTHING nor did they call me I arrived there they had put another child in her place
My daughter still entered the room but was not consulted and was taken out of the room because the other patient from MY DAUGHTER'S DAY had arrived.
Disregard of the clinic and lack of empathy for the next one I know about my daughter's rights and I have already contacted my lawyer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absurdo o tratamento dispensado a minha bisneta, a criança é autista e chegou em casa em total descontrole ao ver sua mãe ser mal tratada na recepção por conta da clínica cancelar seu tratamento sem aviso prévio por a mesma não ter ido na última seção. Pessoal da recepção sem preparo para atendimento ao público.
Retirar a criança a força do consultório chorando como me foi informado chega a ser caso de maus tratos a vulnerável, está sendo encaminhado documento a advogados e ANS para que não aconteça com outros pacientes que precisam de tratamento especial e carinho.
Fica aqui o meu ato de repúdio a atitude dessa clínica que não recomendo a ninguém.
Absorbing the treatment given to my great-granddaughter, the child is autistic and came home in complete uncontrollability to see his mother being treated badly at the reception because of the clinic canceling her treatment without notice because she did not go to the last section. Reception staff not prepared to attend the public.
Forcing the child out of the office, crying as I was informed, is a case of mistreatment of the vulnerable, a document is being sent to lawyers and ANS so that it does not happen to other patients who need special treatment and affection.
Here is my act of repudiation of the attitude of this clinic that I do not recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é um pouco demorado, mas visto que as consultas são por ordem de chegada não há problema. Fui muito bem atendida por Dra. Pauline, muito antenciosa no atendimento, tive uma considerável melhora em meu quadro após o início do tratamento que a mesma me receitou, acredito que a extrutura poderia ser melhorada pois é desconfortável aguardar ao lado externo na clínica, mas no quesito atendimento da recepção e Médico, recomendo.
