A agenda abre mas a gente liga para agendar e ninguém atende o telefone, fui pessoalmente no dia 14/06 as 12 hs e fui informada pela secretária que por sinal muito antipática que não havia mais horário, que era para eu ligar dia 13/07 para agendar para Setembro. rsrsrsrsrs
I'm trying to schedule a dermatologist, but the secretaries say that the agenda only opens on the 14th of each month. The schedule opens but we call to schedule and no one answers the phone, I went personally on June 6 at 12 noon and I was informed by the secretary that by a very unpleasant signal that there was no more time, that was for me to call on July 13 to schedule for September. lol

São profissionais maravilhosos, capacitados, educados e as meninas da recepção são uns amores, sempre me atenderam com amor, carinho e atenção. Obrigada a todos vocês.
I have been attending Dr. Cesar Cabello's office since 2002, I just have to thank God for having placed him and his team in my life. They are wonderful professionals, capable, educated and the girls at the reception are so sweet, they always assisted me with love, affection and attention. Thank you all.

Mas, se precisar falar por telefone e Whatsapp, dá vontade nunca mais voltar na clínica.
Seria bom dar um treinamento, de como tratar os clientes, a algumas funcionárias.
Doctors are great.
But if you need to talk on the phone and WhatsApp, it makes you want to never go back to the clinic.
It would be good to give training on how to treat customers to some employees.
