Cobram mensalidades absurdas, mas na hora de resolver as pendencia com os alunos, fica um jogando pra cima do outro, parecendo que a gente é palhaço. Sem contar os coordenadores do curso, que nunca estão disponível quando a gente precisa. Decepção total com essa instituição.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me arrependo do dia em que fui estudar na Facemp, é difícil entrar em contato pra resolver qualquer problema, falta de estrutura para o curso que eu estava fazendo, muitas matérias em pouco tempo pra absorver. A faculdade não se preocupa com os alunos. Enfrentei e estou infrentando um problemão com o fies e o prouni, a faculdade cancelou meu prouni, e eu solicitei apenas a suspensão do semestre.
I regret the day I went to study at Facemp, it is difficult to get in touch to solve any problem, lack of structure for the course I was taking, many subjects in a short time to absorb. The college doesn't care about the students. Infrentando faced and I am in big trouble with the fies and ProUni, college canceled my PROUNI, and I requested only the suspension of the semester.

O que precisa melhorar é o atendimento, a gente liga p resolver algo parece que os funcionários não querem resolver, é bem chato. Estou tentando falar com o financeiro a dois dias e não consigo. Coloca esses funcionários para tomar um treinamento de atendimento ao publico, pq realmente está precisando, varias pessoas se queixam dessa mesma situação. Lamentável!
