★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro a 5mt da loja física, me dirigi até a lJ 6 do Butantã, da Av Corifeu de Azevedo Marques nº 593, explicando a urgência e qualidade do produto, pelo fato da Minha mãe ter problemas de saúde. O vendedor se aproveitou e insistiu em vender um colchão na qual experimentei na loja. Porém ao chegar era totalmente de péssima qualidade, o oposto do que vi na loja. Entrei em contato com a loja, pedindo o cancelamento na mesma hora, via WhatsApp, facebook, fui informada que somente plelo SAC sem nº somente email. Eles demoram responder, fazem pouco caso, não retornaram até o momento dia 08/03/2021. Me dirigi a loja física novamente, e para minha surpresa, trocaram o gerente e vendedores. Não estão mais na loja, o gerente atual me diz que enviou outros emails também sem respostas segundo ele. Nem ele tem contato direto com o responsável da fábrica. Quero meu dinheiro de volta, e que retirem o colchão da minha casa.
I live 5mt from the physical store, I went to lJ 6 in Butantã, at Av Corifeu de Azevedo Marques nº 593, explaining the urgency and quality of the product, due to the fact that My mother has health problems. The salesman took advantage and insisted on selling a mattress that I tried on at the store. However, when it arrived it was totally of poor quality, the opposite of what I saw in the store. I contacted the store, asking for the cancellation at the same time, via WhatsApp, facebook, I was informed that only plelo SAC without number only email. They take a long time to respond, they ignore it, they have not returned until 08/03/2021. I headed to the physical store again, and to my surprise, the manager and salespeople changed. They are no longer in the store, the current manager tells me that he sent other emails also without answers according to him. Nor does he have direct contact with the factory manager. I want my money back, and to get the mattress out of my house.

Tive que apelar para o Procon, pois comprei um colchão que apresentou defeitos no período de garantia, e a loja do Butantã queria me cobrar valor adicional pela troca do produto.
Não recomendo, produtos de péssima qualidade.

I had to appeal to Procon, as I bought a mattress that showed defects during the warranty period, and the store in Butantã wanted to charge me additional value for replacing the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O colchão de mostruário era de um jeito e o entregue de outro. Veio com a costura toda solta e ninguém se pronuncia para fazer a troca do produto. Se preocupam apenas com a venda e não com a fidelização do cliente.
The display mattress was one way and the delivered one another. Came with the seam all loose and no one comes forward to exchange the product. They only care about sales and not customer loyalty.
