★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento na recepção ótimo, consulta péssima, passei com Psiquiatra Dr Guilherme ,sai pior do que estava,hoje 14/01,passei em outro que conversou comigo como pessoa,entendeu o que está acontecendo comigo,e não me tratou como se nada tivesse importancia.
 Great service at the reception, terrible consultation, I spent with Psychiatrist Dr Guilherme, leaves worse than I was, today 01/14, I went to another who talked to me as a person, understood what is happening to me, and did not treat me as if nothing mattered .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXCELENTE ATENDIMENTO DA RECEPÇÃO. FIQUEI ASSUSTADA COM ALGUNS COMENTARIOS SOBRE A DEMORA NO ATENDIMENTO. E PELO CONTRARIO FUI SUPER BEM RECEPCIONADA E A ESPERA FOI BEM TRANQUILA E MENOR QUE ESPERAVA. FUI ATENDIDA PELO DR ODAIR - CIRUGIA GERAL. FOI BEM RAPIDA A CONSULTA, ACHEI QUE TERIA BATERIAS DE EXAMES PARA FAZER, MAS FUI ENCAMINHADA DIRETAMENTE PARA CIRURGIA.
EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM THE RECEPTION. I WAS FEARED WITH SOME COMMENTS ABOUT THE DELAY IN SERVICE. AND ON THE OTHERWISE I WAS SUPER WELL RECEIVED AND THE WAITING WAS VERY QUIET AND SMALL than I expected. I WAS ATTENDED BY DR ODAIR - GENERAL SURGERY. THE CONSULTATION WAS VERY QUICK, I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE BATTERIES FOR EXAMINATIONS TO PERFORM, BUT I WAS SENT DIRECTLY FOR SURGERY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo eles fazem o agendamento de dez pessoas no mesmo horário,e depois vamos ser atendidos muito após o horário marcado, não recomendo essa clínica nem pela recepção, mais sim pela falta de planejamento e estrutura para atendimento!
They make terrible appointments for ten people at the same time, and then we will be attended long after the scheduled time, I do not recommend this clinic or the reception, but the lack of planning and structure for care!

Primeira vez que fui a clínica, e fui muito mal recebida pelas recepcionistas, principalmente a do cabelo escuro. Falei que fui fazer o exame, que no caso iria pagar pelo mesmo, e ela me informou que lá não realizava o exame, eu mostrei a conversa do whatsapp que conversei com a menina no dia anterior dizendo que lá realizava sim o exame, e a recepcionista teve a audácia de falar que o whatsapp não era de lá, e que eu estava no lugar errado, sendo que era o mesmo nome da clínica, e o mesmo endereço, resumindo ela tava com má vontade de me atender. Achei um descaso. Não quero prejudicar ninguém, só que ficou uma situação muito chata. E peço pra que isso não se repita com outros pacientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu pai em consulta com o psiquiátra Dr. Guilherme Thomazzini, lamentável a falta de empatia que ele tem com o paciente e com o familiar. Triste ver uma pessoa que precisa de ajuda sendo tratada com tanta indiferença por alguém que poderia ajudar um pouco mais, principalmente qdo esse alguém entende de fato o problema que a pessoa tem.
Sinceramente, não recomendo!!!
I took my father for a consultation with the psychiatrist Dr. Guilherme Thomazzini, regretting the lack of empathy he has with the patient and the family. Sad to see a person who needs help being treated with such indifference by someone who could help a little more, especially when that someone really understands the problem the person has.
Honestly, I don't recommend it!!!

A dermatologista cobrou pra fazer uma "pequena cirurgia" com garantias de o problema não retornaria. Fez a cirurgia muito mal feita, não tirou nada do nódulo, eu sentindo dor e falei pra ela quando ela estava operando e simplesmente ignorou, os pontos tão mal feitos que sangraram muito durante uns 2 dias. Não recomendo Dra Roberta. Não vale a pena.
Awful.
The dermatologist charged for a "minor surgery" with guarantees that the problem would not return. The surgery was very poorly done, nothing was removed from the nodule, I was in pain and told her when she was operating and she simply ignored the stitches so badly made that they bled a lot for about 2 days. I do not recommend Dr Roberta. Not worth it.
