★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na última segunda-feira e infelizmente a minha experiência não foi boa. Fui atendida por uma moça que aparentemente estava em treinamento, porém não tinha muita assistência das demais. Essa moça trocou de pinça 3 vezes, além disso usava a máscara cobrindo somente a boca e deixando o nariz de fora então estava o tempo todo respirando no meu rosto. No dia seguinte a minha sobrancelha não parecia que tinha sido manutenida no dia anterior. A Maura não estava no local.
 I went last Monday and unfortunately my experience was not good. I was answered by a woman who apparently was in training, but did not have much support from others. This girl changed caliper 3 times also wore a mask covering only the mouth and leaving the nose out then was constantly breathing down my face. The next day my brow not looked like it had been manutenida yesterday. Maura was not at the scene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não dou menos estrelas por falta dessa opção. Experiência péssima: as colaboradoras cortaram meu supercílio e ainda ficavam conversando enquanto estavam fazendo a minha sobrancelha. O que explica o acidente. Falta de atenção e cuidado dá nisso. A Maura até tentou "consertar" a situação, mas não tinha mais solução. Deveria treinar melhor as colaboradoras e ensinar a ter profissionalismo. A proprietária ainda cobrou pelo serviço. Eu nunca teria feito isso! Não recomendo de jeito nenhum!!!
I just don't give less stars for lack of this option. Bad experience: the collaborators cut my eyebrow and were still talking while they were doing my eyebrow. Which explains the accident. Lack of attention and care goes into this. Maura even tried to "fix" the situation, but there was no other solution. It should train female employees better and teach them to be professional. The owner even charged for the service. I would never have done that! I don't recommend it at all!!!
