★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedir para corta meu cabelo e fazer uma franja lavaram meu cabelo e cortaram, mas nem secaram meu cabelo sair do salão com cabelo molhado e quando cheguei em casa já com o cabelo seco percebi que meu cabelo estava todo torto parecia que uma criança que cortou fiquei arrasada meu cabelo estar todo torto.
 Asking to cut my hair and make a fringe they washed my hair and cut it, but they didn't even dry my hair leaving the salon with wet hair and when I got home with my hair dry I realized that my hair was all bent it looked like a child who cut it was devastated my hair is all askew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento das Recepcionistas, ficam em 2 brincando e não agilizam o atendimento aos clientes. O agendamento não funciona, pois os profissionais não estão disponíveis no horário marcado e mesmo com manicure parada, as atendentes não colocam uma para fazer mão e outra para o pé. Já vi várias vezes as manicures e cabelereiros discutindo com as recepcionistas pela lerdeza delas, claro, eles querem atender pq ganham por produção e se importam mais com os clientes do que as recepcionistas, que são dignas de quebrar o salão pelo stress que causam aos clientes. também demoram muito para responder no whatsapp do salão e tem dificuldade de entendimento. Porém, a maioria das manicures e cabelereiros são bons profissionais.

The appointment does not work, as the professionals are not available at the scheduled time and even with the manicure stopped, the attendants do not put one to do the hand and the other to the foot. I've seen manicurists and hairdressers several times arguing with receptionists because of their slowness, of course, they want to attend because they earn for production and care more about customers than receptionists, who are worthy of breaking the salon because of the stress they cause to customers . they also take a long time to answer on the salon's whatsapp and have difficulty understanding. However, most manicures and hairdressers are good professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Havia marcado um serviço hj. Já vou nesse salão ha mais de 2 anos por causa da depiladora apenas. Hoje fui e fiquei esperando mais de meia hora pra ser atendida. Estava com hora marcada e no mínimo poderiam ter me falado que o atendimento estava demorando e ia atrasar pelo menos 30 minutos. Mas não, vc fica la esperando e perguntando pras recepcionistas poderem falar algo. Enfim, nunca gostei da recepção do Salão, só ia pela Natalia que sempre me atendeu bem, mas pelo estresse e falta de zelo de hj pelo cliente, não vou mais. Ao invés das recepcionistas atenderem bem os clientes, ficam de papo entre si o tempo todo e só lhe dirigem a palavra, se vc for perguntar algo.
I had scheduled a service today. I've been going to this salon for over 2 years because of the epilator only. Today I went and waited more than half an hour to be served. I had an appointment and at least they could have told me that the service was taking a long time and would be delayed by at least 30 minutes. But no, you wait there and ask the receptionists to say something. Anyway, I never liked the reception of the Salon, I only went for Natalia who always served me well, but due to the stress and lack of zeal of today for the customer, I won't go anymore. Instead of receptionists taking good care of customers, they chat with each other all the time and only speak to you if you are going to ask something.
