★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem um grande problema sobre as notas fiscais. Bike comprada dia 31/01, deveria sair já com a NF, hoje dia 13/02 e nem sinal da Nota fiscal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumpriu com o horário de entrega que prometeu, apesar de ter solicitado para anotar meu telefone e caso houvesse algum imprevisto avisar. Até fiquei desconfiado de quando deixei a bike a loja não fez nenhuma anotação de atendimento (nome e telefone do cliente).
O orçamento é acima do mercado e atendimento pouco claro sobre o serviço. NÃO RECOMENDO!
Existe vários concorrentes próximo, melhor e mais barato. Nunca mais!!!
He didn't comply with the delivery time he promised, despite having asked to write down my phone number and in case there was something unforeseen, let me know. I was even suspicious that when I left the bike the store didn't make any note of service (customer's name and phone number).
The budget is above the market and the service is not clear. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
There are several competitors nearby, better and cheaper. Never!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizou um serviço de montagem de uma bicicleta nova, porém com dois dias de uso o pé de vela saltou, e o celim começou baixar sozinho.
Levei para arrumar novamente e ele me disse que a peça (original que veio da loja) não era compatível com a bicicleta e eu teria que trocar.
O atendimento é bom, cumpriu com o horário, porém não fiquei satisfeita com o serviço.

It took me to fix it again and he told me that the part (original that came from the store) was not compatible with the bike and I would have to change it.
