★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei muito chateada pois marquei uma Aula de natação experimental pra minha filha de quatro anos ,e a moça marcou para o dia 6/1 9h40 da manhã quando cheguei ao local a mesma falou que não tinha horário pra minha filha que Que marcou para o dia sete e não dia seis eu havia perdido o papel e não tive como provar.mas pra minha felicidade quando cheguei em casa encontrei e realmente ela tinha marcado para o dia 6/1 fiquei chateada pois minha bebê estava muito feliz e queria muito fazer a aula Tive que explicar que a professora teve que ir ao médico por isso não ia ter como ela fazer aula. vou tentar outro dia.
 I was very upset because I booked an experimental swimming class for my four-year-old daughter, and the girl made an appointment for 6/1 9:40 am when I arrived at the place, she said there was no time for my daughter who scheduled for the day seven and not the sixth day I had lost the paper and I had no way to prove it. but for my happiness when I got home I found it and really she had scheduled it for 6/1 I was upset because my baby was very happy and really wanted to do the class I had to explain that the teacher had to go to the doctor so there was no way she could take classes. I will try another day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início uma atenção magnífica. Posterior vão deixando de prestar o bom atendimento te forçando a contratar o serviço de Personal. Demostrando total falta de profissionalismo . Estou tentando mudar minha série a tempo e estou tendo dificuldades. Quase tendo que implorar. Infelizmente alguns estaubelecimentos que prestam serviços ao público. Vão ficando com a qualidade ruim, por falta de fiscalização do proprietário.. foi uma msg para administração da academia. Aguardando resposta!
At the beginning a magnificent attention. Later, they fail to provide good service, forcing you to hire the Personal service. Showing a total lack of professionalism. I'm trying to change my series on time and I'm having a hard time. Almost having to beg. Unfortunately some of these establishments that provide services to the public. They are getting bad quality, due to lack of supervision by the owner .. it was a message for the administration of the academy. Awaiting response!
