★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja de telas, tapetes, artigos para embalagens, cordas e artigos para pescaria e velejo. A loja é um pouco entulhada mas, tem uma variedade grande de produtos de utilidades. O atendimento é razoável e os preços também.
 Fabrics, rugs, packaging items, ropes and fishing and sailing items store. The store is a bit crowded but has a wide variety of utility products. The service is reasonable and prices are reasonable.

Fiz questão de registrar essa queixa referente a um funcionário que se diz gerente de loja de nome "Carlos". Hoje 17/12/2015 fiz uma compra de tela de proteção (36m²) por telefone, pode até parecer um valor pequeno, mas eu como gerente sei que independente do valor temos que tratar qualquer cliente bem, esse sujeito Sr. "Carlos" foi super grosseiro, deselegante, me tratou super mal e ainda desligou o telefone na minha cara, sou um cliente potencial, que posso comprar até mais com vocês, mas como saber se sou ou não potencial se estou do outro lado da linha e não na loja, não é verdade?. Não sei qual o critério de atendimento da Max Lonas mas achei pertinente informar o ocorrido pois da forma que foi comigo pode ser com qualquer outro. Isso tudo se deu porque passei medidas com antecedência das telas de proteção por telefone, fiz a transferência (TED) para agilizar o trabalho deles e ao chegar no local para retirar tal material o mesmo alegou que estava mais caro, liguei para uma simples conferência de medidas e o mesmo percebeu que pôs uma medida a mais, quer dizer que, eu errei ao passar as medidas, mais ele com a loja cheia de clientes pra resolver tudo, com a cabeça cheia de coisas pra executar não errou? O bom atendimento são pra poucos e se ele é gerente e pode fazer isso com um cliente por telefone imagine os seus subordinados como podem agir também? isso é apenas um desabafo. Obrigada!

I made a point of filing this complaint regarding an employee who claims to be a store manager named "Carlos". Today 17/12/2015 I made a purchase of screen protector (36m²) by phone, it may seem a small value, but as a manager I know that regardless of the value we have to treat any customer well, this guy Mr. "Carlos" was super rude, inelegant, treated me super bad and even hung up the phone in my face, I'm a potential customer, which I can buy even more from you, but how do I know whether or not I'm potential if I'm on the other end of the line and not in the store , is not true?. I don't know what Max Lonas's criteria of service were, but I thought it pertinent to inform what happened because the way it was with me can be with any other. This was all because I took steps in advance of the phone screens, made the transfer (TED) to streamline their work and on arrival to remove such material he claimed was more expensive, I called a simple conference of Measurements and the same realized that he put one more measure, I mean, I was wrong to pass the measurements, but he with the store full of customers to solve everything, with a head full of things to perform did not go wrong? Good service is for a few and if he is a manager and can do this with a customer over the phone imagine his subordinates how can they act too? This is just an outburst. Thank you!
