★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi combinado de realizar o reparo do celular somente se fosse possível reparar todos os danos do celular, porém, foi reparado somente um dos problemas, sem meu consentimento. Foi devolvido o celular, após pagamento do serviço correspondente, com a promessa de que assim que chegasse as demais peças entrariam em contato para terminar o reparo, porém, nunca tiveram o interesse, de iniciativa, de me atualizarem da situação. EM DATA PRETÉRITA O PROPRIETÁRIO DA LOJA ME LIGOU E ME EXPLICOU A SITUAÇÃO, SENDO RESOLVIDO O PROBLEMA POSTERIORMENTE SEM NENHUM INCONVENIENTE.
It was arranged to perform cell phone repair only if all damage to the cell phone could be repaired, but only one problem was repaired without my consent. The phone was returned, after payment of the corresponding service, with the promise that as soon as it arrived the other parts would contact to finish the repair, but never had the interest, of initiative, to update me of the situation. ON PRIOR DATE THE STORE OWNER CONNECTED ME AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION, AND THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED WITHOUT ANY INCONVENIENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazia mais de mês que estava a procura de bateria para meu pocophone F1 da xiaomi. Todos alegavam falta por causa do covid-19. Encontrei finalmente nessa assistência, com bom custo benefício, atendimento de primeira qualidade, e ainda bom serviço de delivery! Meu celular está como novo! Não vou considerar nenhum outro local caso precise de assistência novamente!
PS. Por causa da bateria antiga que estava inchada, o meu celular estava apresentando problema no som (chiado). O técnico arrumou e me informou que só estava solta a caixa de som e não cobrou mais por isso, mostrando boa índole e um serviço confiável. Recomendo 100%!
I had been looking for battery for my xiaomi pocophone F1 for more than a month. All alleged lack due to covid-19. I finally found this assistance, with good cost benefit, first class service, and also good delivery service! My phone is like new! I will not consider any other location if I need assistance again!
PS. Because of the old battery that was swollen, my phone was having a sound problem (wheezing). The technician tidied up and informed me that the speaker was only loose and did not charge more for it, showing good character and a reliable service. Recommend 100%!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos uma experiência decepcionante com essa empresa e com o funcionário Pablo, além de não entregar nota fiscal do serviço prestado e das peças trocadas, mentem para vender e depois distorcem o que foi dito e combinado ( fala que a peça é original , depois que estraga fala que é paralela com qualidade original).
Não recomendo, não indico, dinheiro ta difícil pra ganhar pra jogar no lixo dessa forma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente uma das piores experiências que eu tive em relação a manutenção de eletrônicos. Em dezembro de 2020 fui até o referindo local trocar a tela de um tablet Samsung , o vendedor Pablo
me informou que a peça era original e me cobrou 550,00 , eu achei no Oiapoque por 350,00 mas por preferir uma peça "original" aceitei fazer o serviço. No mês de maio a Samsung lançou uma atualização e eu permiti que fosse atualizado, mas o touch simplesmente parou de funcionar assim que terminou a atualização. Liguei para loja e informei o ocorrido que o touch parou logo após a atualização da Samsung e o vendedor me informou que a garantia já tinha acabado, liguei na Samsung e me informaram que a peça não é original por isso o erro ocorreu o software atualizou e a tela que não é original não foi reconhecida pelo sistema. Liguei novamente na loja e o vendedor me disse que nunca falou que peça era original e sim que a qualidade era original, ou seja ele mudou a versão inicial. Me sinto lesada como consumidora paguei 550 reais e em 5 meses o tablet parou. Tentei um acordo amigável com o vendedor, se algo poderia ser feito e eu pagasse mais algum valor para resolver o problema, mas ele informou que não poderia fazer nada e não se interessou. O tablet estava com um trincado na tela e ele disse que por isso o touch parou, mas quando eu levei o tablet logo após o. touch parar ele admitiu que essa atualização poderia parar o touch e que eu fui sorteada, pq pode acontecer mas não é comum e por isso não me informou na hora da troca. Eu solicitei a nota fiscal da peça para que eu cobrasse providências do fornecedor dele e ele também não quis me fornecer a nota fiscal da peça. Péssima condução do problema como profissional, falta de interesse em chegar em um acordo amigável, não recomendo nunca essa loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma PESSIMA experiência com o Pablo. Fui trocar a tela do celular que havia quebrado, não deu pra trocar no dia, teve que entregar no outro ok imprevistos acontecem. Mas depois da troca meu celular apresentou problemas no touch, toque fantasma. E já levei 3 vezes para eles verem esse problema e não tinha sido resolvido até então, eu levo para eles, eles "resolvem" e volta com o mesmo problema. Aí lá vai eu perder 2 pra mais dias de trabalho por causa disso. Levei na segunda feira e até agora nada. Eu preciso do celular pra trabalhar, estou perdendo dinheiro!!! Se eu soubesse que ia passar essa raiva tinha ido em outro lugar. EU NUNCA MAIS VOLTO E NAO INDICO A NINGUEM
I had a TERRIBLE experience with Pablo. I went to change the cell phone screen that had broken, I couldn't change it on the day, had to deliver it to the other ok unforeseen happens. But after the exchange my phone had problems with the touch, ghost ring. And it took them 3 times for them to see this problem and it hadn't been solved until then, I take it to them, they "solve" it and they come back with the same problem. Then I'll lose 2 more days of work because of that. I took it on Monday and still nothing. I need my cell phone to work, I'm losing money!!! If I had known that this anger would pass, I would have gone somewhere else. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE
