Após a compra eu tive tudo o suporte absolutamente da loja, retirei o carro da loja depois de um dia comecei perceber uns problemas no veículo,
Entrei contato com a loja para falar a respeito dos problemas. Eles me pediram para levar o carro até o mecânico deles ok, levei o mecânico pediu para que eu deixasse o carro lá para que ele olhasse com calma, o veiculo apresentou problemas no cabeçote um barulho imenso na parte do motor. Carro sem força nenhuma com vazamento de óleo.
Durante nesse período que ficou no mecânico fui buscar o carro depois de 8 dias. O carro retornou da mesma forma. Contastei novamente a loja me avisaram para esta levando novamente. Levei novamente o veiculo ficou parado 8 dias novamente.
Fui buscar e o carro retornou da mesma forma, enfim quero deixar bem claro que já comuniquei a loja que possamos fazer uma troca de acordo do que foi pago no Hb20. E também no financiamento.
Caso ao contrario irei comunicar meu advogado e correr atrás dos meus direitos. Falta de respeito totalmente comigo. ??

I contacted the store to talk about the problems. Car without any power with oil leakage.
During this period I was at the mechanic, I went to get the car after 8 days. The car returned the same way. I contacted again the store warned me for this taking again. I took again the vehicle was stopped for 8 days again.
I went to get it and the car returned in the same way, finally I want to make it clear that I've already communicated the store that we can make an exchange according to what was paid on Hb20. And also in financing.
Otherwise I will notify my lawyer and pursue my rights. Totally lack of respect for me. ??

Dizem que vão resolver o problema do carro mas o carro voltou quatro vezes com o mesmo defeito com barulho na caixa de direção,..
Se recusaram a trocar a mesma e optaram por reformar , o que não resolveu o problema.
Agora vem nos comentários dizendo que dão toda assistência.
Hipócritas.
Terrible service, they do everything to escape responsibility.
They say they will solve the car problem, but the car came back four times with the same defect with noise in the steering gear,...
They refused to change the same and opted to reform it, which did not solve the problem.

Vimos alguns detalhes nada demais , acabamos não retirando no dia da compra , fomos retirar depois de cinco dias
Voltando pra casa meu esposo detectou um barulho estranho q tudo indicava q era na caixa de direção
Retiramos no sábado na segunda feira ligo pela manhã entramos em contato cm a loja foi aí onde começou todo o descaso
Já começou dizendo q não tinha espaço para deixarmos o carro na loja por isso q não era pra levarmos
Levamos assim mesmo até a loja e deixamos pra eles olharem , ficaram uma semana cm o carro , e voltou cm o mesmo problema , levamos novamente o carro e novamente o carro veio cm o mesmo problema
Agora somos tratados como um nada o GERENTE e o VENDEDOR não querem dar nenhuma atenção
O GERENTE super arrogante insinuando q a loja pode pagar o melhor advogado DESCASO TOTAL COM O CLIENTE UMA FALTA DE RESPEITO

Now we are treated like nothing the MANAGER and the SELLER do not want to pay any attention
The super arrogant MANAGER insinuating that the store can afford the best lawyer TOTAL DISPATCH TO THE CUSTOMER A LACK OF RESPECT
I hope they solve our problem , they hope they pay attention as they gave to the purchase

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuamos uma compra de uma Tucson ano 2013/2014 aparentemente em bom estado de conservação no dia 06/09/2021 com o vendedor Alisson auxiliado pelo seu gerente Sr Milton na retirada do veículo no dia 11/09/2021 após retirar o veículo notei que o mesmo apresentava um forte barulho vindo da suspensão visto que no mesmo dia informamos aos vendedores e responsáveis pelo problema a pedido deles o veículo foi e voltou por 04 vezes resumindo que o defeito não foi resolvido e ainda por cima o Sr Milton que se diz gerente nós disse que era normal o barulho e mesmo se não fosse não teria garantia pois a garantia só abrangeria motor e câmbio pedi para que nos mostrasse isso no código de defesa do consumidor muito irônico nós disse que não se importar se nós procurassemos nossos direitos pois a empresa possuía advogados muito bons e isso era fichinha pra eles que vergonha uma empresa desse tamanho fazendo chacota com seus clientes aonde dissemos que não teriam a necessidade de terem bons advogados se tivessem boas condutas e um bom atendimento de pós vendas porque a empresa que se importa apenas com vendas só vende uma vez fica nossa indignação com essa situação que vergonha hein Máxima veículos...
