★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo negócio comprar um carro nesta loja, comprei uma Idea 2009 tem mais ou menos 3 meses já tive que gastar 2500 e ainda vou precisar trocar os pneus que tá mais pra fim de vida do que meia vida como me disseram, se o dono o Rodrigo falar o carro tá inteiro fuja por que é prejuízo na certa, aí ele vem com uma conversa deixa eu mandar no meu mecânico certeza que vai fazer gambiarra, o funileiro dele fez um reparo no capô do carro teve que pintar parece que o cara pintou na chuva de granizo ficou todo furadinho cheio de celulite, bom eu não indico a ninguém....
Bad deal to buy a car at this store, I bought an Idea 2009 about 3 months ago I had to spend 2500 and I still need to change the tires that are more end of life than half life as I was told, if the owner is Rodrigo say the car is in one piece, run away because it's a loss for sure, then he comes with a conversation, let me tell my mechanic, I'm sure he's going to do something wrong, his tinker repaired the hood of the car, he had to paint it. hailstorm was all pierced full of cellulite, well I don't recommend it to anyone....

Pra começar, perguntei se podiam retirar um acessório do veículo “apoio de pé “do Kia Sportege que fica na lateral, me disseram que sim, e o mecânico cobraria um valor de 100,00 reais pra tirar, eu concordei com o valor e pedi pra tirar, quando fui buscar o veículo e pagar pelo serviço, pra minha surpresa me disseram que a peça tinha ficado pro mecânico e eu não precisaria pagar, (a peça custa em torno de 700,00 a 900,00 reais), eu tentei conversar diversas vezes dizendo que pedi para tirar mas que em nenhum momento eu não iria querer a peça, eu ia vender! Mas, em vão, conversando com o proprietário Rodrigo ele afirmou que eu não quis a peça e ele deram para o mecânico em troca da remoção do acessório. Segunda dor de cabeça, Fui avisado que pegaria a chave reserva e o manual do carro assim que retirasse o documento no meu nome, Ok, quando fui retirar o documento disseram que não tinha a chave reserva nem o manual!! Como já não bastasse, quando fui sair com veículo do Auto Shopping Autonomistas, percebi que a direção do Kia Sportege, estava “torto” não estava jogando o carro .. porém não estava alinhado, levei o carro, andaram com o carro e disseram que não tinha nada e estava normal, levei no mecânico, tive que fazer alinhamento, balanceamento, cambagem.. tudo .. gastei 400,00 e paguei, levei a nota pra eles .. disseram que não iam arcar porq não autorizou fazer o serviço, isso só são algumas situações que passei nessa agência com 1 mês e meio que estou com veículo!! ! Falta de respeito total !!! FUJAM DESSA AGÊNCIA!!!!!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! For starters, I asked if they could remove an accessory from the vehicle “footstand” of the Kia Sportege that is on the side, they told me yes, and the mechanic would charge a value of 100.00 reais to remove it, I agreed with the value and asked to take it out, when I went to pick up the vehicle and pay for the service, to my surprise they told me that the part had been kept by the mechanic and I didn't need to pay, (the part costs around 700.00 to 900.00 reais), I tried talk several times saying that I asked to take it off but that at no time I wouldn't want the piece, I was going to sell it! But in vain, talking to the owner Rodrigo, he said that I didn't want the part and he gave it to the mechanic in exchange for removing the accessory. Second headache, I was told that I would get the spare key and the car manual as soon as I removed the document in my name, Ok, when I went to remove the document they said I didn't have the spare key or the manual!! As that was not enough, when I went out with a vehicle from the Auto Shopping Autonomistas, I realized that the direction of Kia Sportege, it was "crooked" was not throwing the car .. but it was not aligned, I took the car, they walked with the car and said that there was nothing and it was normal, I took it to the mechanic, I had to do alignment, balancing, camber... everything... I spent 400.00 and I paid, I took the note to them... they said they wouldn't pay because they didn't authorize the service, these are just some situations that I went through at this agency with 1 month and a half that I have a vehicle!! ! Total lack of respect!!! RUN AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corra...quando os vendedores falarem que o carro esta inteiro!!!
minha experiencia não foi das melhores, minha filha adquiriu um carro de marca Citroen C3 nesta loja, o vendedor muito solicito nos mostrou o carro e falou que estava ótimo... quanto fomos buscar o veiculo, logo de primeira queimou a lanterna na loja mesmo, mandamos arrumar para evitar o transtorno e não ter que voltar novamente a loja. Andando com o carro percebemos uma batedeira em baixo do mesmo, quando estávamos indo viajar... voltando de viagem o carro simplesmente esquentou e tivemos que subir de guincho. Mandamos em dois mecânicos para ver, e eles perceberam que o carro estava cheio de gambiarras, com um sistema de verão muito prejudicial ao veiculo, e problemas no motor. Ou seja me venderam um carro caindo aos pedaços, voltamos na loja para arrumar e sanar o problema, porem, só haviam tirado o sistema de verão (por eu estar insistindo muito) e falaram que não havia problema nenhum no motor. Conclusão, agora mesmo minha filha esta sem carro, com um prejuízo de mais 4 mil reais, tendo que fazer a retifica do motor, e outras coisas que nem vou mencionar aqui, mandei mensagem obviamente reclamando, a loja falou para que eu retornasse lá para ver e afirmando que não havia problema no motor, recusei, pois sei que é perda de tempo e mais uma vez iria ser enganada pelas as gambiarras que o mecânico da. O que era pra ser um sonho do primeiro carro, se tornou um pesadelo. Não indico para ninguém esta loja.

my experience was not the best, my daughter purchased a Citroen C3 car in this store, the very solicitous salesman showed us the car and said it was great... , we have it fixed to avoid the inconvenience and not having to go back to the store again. Walking with the car we noticed a mixer under it, when we were going to travel... coming back from the trip the car just got hot and we had to go up with a winch. We sent in two mechanics to see, and they realized that the car was full of hacks, with a summer system very harmful to the vehicle, and engine problems. In other words, they sold me a car that was falling apart, we went back to the store to fix it and solve the problem, however, they had only removed the summer system (because I was insisting a lot) and they said there was no problem with the engine. Conclusion, right now my daughter is without a car, with a loss of over 4 thousand reais, having to have the engine rectified, and other things that I won't even mention here, I obviously sent a message complaining, the store told me to return there to seeing and stating that there was no problem with the engine, I refused, because I know it's a waste of time and once again I would be deceived by the hacks that the mechanic gives. What was supposed to be a dream of the first car, became a nightmare. I don't recommend this store to anyone.
