Ja liguei 3x pedindo o orçamento de um tampo de mesa de vidro e não me enviam. Sejam honestos com o cliente se não querem ou não podem fazer, evita perda de tempo.
I already called 3x asking for a quote for a glass table top and they don't send it to me. Be honest with the customer if you don't want to or can't do it, avoid wasting time.

O material em si tem qualidade, porém o atendimento deixa a desejar. Da primeira vez que utilizei o serviço tive problemas na montagem do box, o que atrasou bastante a entrega do que eu havia comprado. Desta vez, precisei repor um dos vidros do box, e o prazo que, a principio, era de 15 dias úteis, já se estendem por 31 dias úteis, sem que eles tenham me dado qualquer previsão. As respostas são demoradas e inconclusas. Você manda e-mail, eles demoram dias para responder, e se você liga não é diferente, ficam de lhe retornar e não o fazem. Enfim, falta comprometimento, empatia e clareza com o cliente.

This time, I had to replace one of the glass in the box, and the term, which, in principle, was 15 working days, has now extended for 31 working days, without them having given me any forecast. Responses are slow and inconclusive. You send e-mails, they take days to answer, and if you call it is no different, they keep returning and don't do it. Finally, there is a lack of commitment, empathy and clarity with the client.

Comprei 2 box de banheiro, péssimas instalações e sem soluções. Os dois banheiros vazam fora do box. Depois de tanto reclamar, desisti. Pra quem negociar com essa empresa, boa sorte....
I bought 2 shower boxes, bad installations and no solutions. The two bathrooms leak out of the box. After so much complaining, I gave up. For those who negotiate with this company, good luck...

Péssima experiência, fechei contrato no dia 02/11 com previsão de instalação em dezembro 11/12(box nos dois banheiros, vidro na cozinha e espelhos nos banheiros). No dia 11/12 chegaram sem o vidro da cozinha. Instalaram portas empenadas nos box e fizeram furação errada, até hoje tem dois furos aparentes no banheiro social. No dia 14/12 foram instalar o vidro na cozinha, porém o rapaz não lveou o alumínio para apoio no vidro, me questionaram se não estava comigo, porem no dia 11/12 o rapaz levou de volta e perderam o mesmo. Reagendei para o dia 21/12, o vidro foi colocado. Até hoje tento contato com a empresa pra trocarem a peça empenada e não tenho nenhum retorno. Total falta de respeito com o cliente e qualidade do serviço fica a desejar.
Bad experience, I signed a contract on 11/02 with installation scheduled for December 11 (box in both bathrooms, glass in the kitchen and mirrors in the bathrooms). On 12/11 they arrived without the kitchen glass. They installed warped doors in the shower stalls and drilled the wrong hole, even today there are two holes in the bathroom. On 12/14 they went to install the glass in the kitchen, but the boy did not wash the aluminum for support on the glass, they asked me if he was not with me, but on 12/11 the boy took it back and lost the same. Rescheduled for 12/21, the glass was placed. To this day, I try to contact the company to exchange the pledged part and I have no return. Total lack of respect for the customer and quality of service is to be desired.
