Fui pela primeira vez na unidade do Tatuapé no dia 12, mal explicaram como funcionava, como a máquina funcionava, os cuidados pós, que não podia usar lente de contato com a máquina, que cabelo loiro corria risco de amarelar! A funcionária Katia colou a fita toda errada e torta, fiz 30 min e tive que ficar mais 30 para tentar arrumar e não arrumou! Não recebi nem um pedido de desculpas, NADA! Me colocaram na máquina sem óculos, quando estava la dentro que me lembrei e fiquei desesperada gritando e ninguém me respondia, extremamente desleixadas e não dão a mínima para a cliente! Fiquei morrendo de medo de ficar tanto tempo em máquina, muita irresponsabilidade! Nunca mais volto e não recomendo a ninguém!

They put me in the machine without glasses, when I was inside that I remembered and I was desperate screaming and nobody answered me, extremely sloppy and do not give a damn about the client! I was scared to death for so long in the machine, so much irresponsibility! I will never go back and recommend to anyone!
