★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui algumas vezes levar minha cachorrinha, e como de hábito sempre aguardo, já havia percebido que o funcionário responsável pelo banho, embora muito habilidoso, manuseia o cachorro de forma bruta, minha cachorrinha sempre chora, de início achava que era manha, mas agora cheguei a conclusão que machuca, minha última experiência com o pet teve a tosa, e o funcionário disse que tinha nós, e que eu deveria pagar uma taxa a mais, pois bem, paguei a mais pra minha cachorrinha ser tratada com tal falta de tato, pois tira os nós com uma força de dar dó, angustiada fui falar com a proprietária, que assistiu tudo como enorme descaso.
Por fim, só quero deixar registrado minha enorme decepção, pq trato meu pet com enorme carinho, e pago pra ela ter o melhor serviço, e não pra ser tratada com descaso, pensa se o seu cabelo está embaralhado, e se vc passa o pente com uma enorme força, ou se alguém fosse dar um banho em vc te apertando e te jogando de um lado pro outro, sem contar que deixei claro que minha cadelinha tem luxação patelar nas duas patinhas, problema congênito, qual ela faz tratamento, lamentável toda essa situação!
Sometimes I went to take my dog, and as I always expect, I had already realized that the bath clerk, although very skilled, handles the dog roughly, my dog always cries, at first I thought it was morning, but now I arrived the conclusion that hurts, my last experience with the pet had the grooming, and the clerk said he had us, and that I should pay an extra fee, well, I overpaid for my puppy to be treated with such tactlessness, because it takes the knots with a force of pity, anguished I went to talk to the owner, who watched everything as huge neglect.
Finally, I just want to record my huge disappointment, because I treat my pet with great affection, and pay her to have the best service, not to be treated with disregard, think if your hair is shuffled, and if you comb with a tremendous force, or if someone were going to give you a bath squeezing you and throwing you from side to side, not to mention that I made it clear that my little dog has patellar dislocation on both paws, congenital problem, which she does treatment, pitiful all this situation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei meus 2 gatos pra lá e os 2 vieram com sarna e a femea veio com 3 tetinhas cortadas na maquina. Veio sangrando muito, passou semanas e ainda não melhorou! Ao invés de atenderem ela com veterinário me mandaram uma pomada e eu que me vire com os meus gatos doentes! Não recomendo!
I sent my 2 cats over there and the 2 came with scabies and the female came with 3 teats cut in the machine. It came bleeding a lot, weeks went by and it still hasn't improved! Instead of seeing her with a vet, they sent me an ointment and I wanted to deal with my sick cats! I do not recommend!
