★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos no serviço e no atendimento. Estive na unidade Jequitaia, dia 09/04/2022, passei 4horas esperando ser atendido. Lá eu realizei a troca dos quatro pneus, aliamento, balanceamento e desempeno das rodas. Hoje (12/04/2022) meu carro pelo terceiro dia seguido vem apresentando problemas, esvaziando os 4 pneus e puxando a direção, problemas esses que não estavam ocorrendo antes. Entrei em contato com o atendimento da loja e fui tratado com descaso, um dos funcionários ainda se recusou a agendar meu serviço, mesmo sendo um serviço de retorno por um problema que eles criaram para mim. Sinceramente, joguei R$2.000 reais no lixo.
 Terrible in service and care. I was at the Jequitaia unit, on 04/09/2022, I spent 4 hours waiting to be attended to. There I changed the four tires, fed, balanced and straightened the wheels. Today (12/04/2022) my car for the third day in a row has been having problems, emptying all 4 tires and pulling the steering wheel, problems that were not happening before. I contacted the store support and was treated with disdain, one of the employees still refused to schedule my service even though it was a return service for a problem they created for me. Honestly, I threw R$2,000 in the trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, a pior que já tive na vida, coloquei meu carro para fazer serviços, e me garantiram que tinham peças para reposição, foi quando deu 17:30 e eles me chamaram dizendo que não tinham peça e que eu teria que ficar em salvador( onde não moro) ter custos pq eles só me entregariam o carro no outro dia, forçando eu gastar mais, e ficar, estratégia deles pra dar tempo conseguir a peça que eles garantiram ter.
Resumindo mandei montar meu carro assim mesmo e fui pra casa sem freios.
Mal caráter total
Bad experience, the worst I've ever had in my life, I put my car to work, and they assured me they had spare parts, it was when it was 5:30 pm and they called me saying they didn't have a part and I would have to stay in Salvador (where I don't live) have costs because they would only deliver the car to me the other day, forcing me to spend more, and stay, their strategy to give time to get the part they guaranteed to have.
In short, I had my car assembled anyway and went home without the brakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei para montagem, balanceamento e alinhamento de pneus. Não gostei do atendimento do rapaz (não citarei o nome) que fez o alinhamento dos pneus. Após sair da loja, rodei uns 15 km testando o carro e retornei para verificar o volante que estava puxando para a esquerda. O rapaz que fez o alinhamento pediu para dar uma volta comigo no carro e explicou que era normal, que era do próprio carro e antes não fazia isso por que o carro "compensava" (baita desculpa esfarrapada). Voltando à loja, eu pedi para verificar no aparelho e o mesmo desceu do carro resmungando, talvez xingando (não consegui entender as palavras proferidas) e colocou o carro na maior má vontade no equipamento. Explicou novamente que era normal e eu aceitei, me desculpei pelo incômodo (nem deveria, pois é meu direito querer o serviço bem feito) e saí da loja, que não voltarei novamente!! Dirijo a 18 anos e não faço ideia de quantas vezes ja fiz alinhamento..todas as vezes que encontrei problema, retornei e foi resolvido. O único ponto positivo foi o atendimento do Igor, muito atencioso e prestativo.
I took it in for mounting, balancing and tire alignment. I didn't like the service of the guy (I won't mention his name) who did the tire alignment. After leaving the store, I drove about 15 km testing the car and returned to check the steering wheel that was pulling to the left. The guy who did the alignment asked to take a ride with me in the car and explained that it was normal, that it was from the car itself and before that he didn't do it because the car "paid off" (great lame excuse). Returning to the store, I asked to check the device and it got out of the car muttering, maybe cursing (I couldn't understand the words uttered) and put the car in the biggest grudging on the equipment. He explained again that it was normal and I accepted, apologized for the inconvenience (I shouldn't, because it's my right to want the service done right) and left the store, I won't be back again!! I've been driving for 18 years and I have no idea how many times I've done alignment..every time I found a problem, I returned and it was solved. The only positive point was the service from Igor, very attentive and helpful.

Fui pela primeira e última vez.
Fiz a troca dos 4 pneus, alinhamento e balenceamento.
Já vieram com a conversa que precisava fazer um procedimento lá que custava mais de 2 mil reais para correção das rodas. Depois vem com a história que as rodas estão empenadas e precisa desempenar as 4. Uma vez que você recusa os serviços, eles fazem uma cara como se o carro fosse quebrar a qualquer momento, além de colocar observações da ordem de serviço, como se qualquer coisa que acontecer no carro ou nos pneus agora, fosse de sua responsabilidade.
A "má intenção" é perceptível até na fala de alguns funcionários. Parece que são treinados a te induzir a trocar praticamente todo carro.
Fico pensando em quantas mulheres e homens que não tem tanto conhecimento, gastam rios de dinheiro com coisas que não precisavam ser feitas.
Quer um conselho? Compre seus pneus pela internet ou vá em outra loja, mesmo que seja mais caro.

The "bad intention" is noticeable even in the speech of some employees. Seems like they're trained to trick you into changing just about every car.
I keep thinking about how many women and men who don't have that much knowledge, spend lots of money on things that didn't need to be done.
Do you want an advice? Buy your tires online or go to another store, even if it's more expensive.
