Sim, essas foram as palavras daquele que vocês julgam o “líder” da oficina.
Dia 08/01/2020 às 11h43min executei o serviço de alinhamento e balanceamento em virtude da troca dos quatro pneus. Hoje, 13/01/2020, retornei após rodar um pouco mais de trezentos quilômetros, inclusive em BR, e sinalizei que tinha notado o carro puxar levemente pra direita. Observação essa baseada em vários testes, mas enfim pensei que o pós-venda fosse de qualidade, mas o que vivenciei foi um despreparo notório e literal falta de empatia por parte desse “profissional”. Talvez sua experiência, que fez questão de ressaltar, tenha se transformado em soberba e ignorância visto que, do modo que conduziu a minha solicitação, ficou bem claro.
Poucos metros após assumir a direção do meu carro para efetuar o teste já se posicionou que nada tinha de errado. “Outra perola que esse “profissional” falou: “... Olha que estou fazendo o teste mais rigoroso que é sem às mãos...” Bem, se eu seguro o volante durante uma condução como vou ter certeza absoluta do seu alinhamento, já que quase inconscientemente agente tende a corrigir a trajetória do carro. Pensei que poderia, ao menos, verificar via equipamento a minha solicitação. Aliás, ao chegar do teste, e depois de perceber seu comportamento e posicionamento o mesmo disse que se ele mandasse por no equipamento e mandasse compensar o possível erro não ia adiantar nada, pois logo após sair o carro ia pender pra um dos lados. Bem, aqui nem vale uma observação.
Lamentável ainda ter empresas com esse perfil de atendimento. Mas enfim, hoje em dia o Cliente não precisa gastar seu dinheiro com a empresa “A” pois no mercado tem a B, C, D, E... Já a empresa precisa, sim, vender seu serviço pro cliente. Pois se achar que o cliente é um detalhe sem importância no seu negócio... Aí realmente...
Não relato pra ter retratação, mas deixar registrado o ocorrido. Costumo não voltar a estabelecimentos que prestam esse tipo de atendimento e falo negativamente pra todos que posso.

This observation was based on several tests, but at last I thought that the after-sales service was of quality, but what I experienced was a notorious lack of preparation and a literal lack of empathy on the part of this “professional”. Perhaps your experience, which you made a point of highlighting, has turned into pride and ignorance since, in the way that led to my request, it became very clear.
A few meters after assuming the direction of my car to carry out the test it was already positioned that nothing was wrong. "Another pearl that this" professional "said:" ... Look, I'm doing the most rigorous test that is without hands ... "Well, if I hold the wheel while driving, how can I be absolutely sure of its alignment, since almost unconsciously agent tends to correct the car's trajectory. It is unfortunate to still have companies with this service profile. But anyway, nowadays the Client does not need to spend his money with company "A" because in the market there is B, C, D, E ... Fui trocar 4 pneus, alinhar e balancear, já na montagem dos pneus notei que o Sr Raimundo (chamado de "máquina" em um comentário) não usei a graxa para fazer a vedação do pneu, chamei o lider e perguntei se eles não usavam a graxa, ele respondeu que sim e ainda passou o dedo no pneu para comprovar minhas palavras e falou com "a maquina": Seu Raimundo, porque não passou graxa nos pneus? - Olha, eu garanto que isso não dá vazamento, foi a resposta do Raimundo e ficou assim mesmo. depois foi realizar o alinhamento 3D, o camarada levou mais de uma hora pra conseguir realizar o serviço que normalmente leva 10 minutos, nitidamente ele não dominava o equipamento, pois toda hora chamava alguém pra interpretar as informações do computador. Depois o lider me chamou pra avisar que meus pneus dianteiros precisavam de cambagem, então eu perguntei: Nesse caso preciso trocar os amortecedores? Não, só cambagem mesmo, e lá se foram mais R$ 280,00 e mais uma hora de serviço que aliás, precisou ser repetido. Saindo da loja, nos primeiros 500 metros o carro puxou para a esquerda duas vezes e a direção estava completamente boba, retornei, expliquei o que estava acontecendo e o lider sequer quis dirigir o carro para testar, embora eu tivesse insistido nisso, o carro voltou para a máquina de alinhamento, depois o Raimundo disse que "tinha uma porca folgada", pedi para calibrar os pneus e fui embora, lembrando que cheguei lá às 08:30 e saí às 12:10. Na mesma noite comecei a ouvir uns estalos no frente do carro, no dia seguinte fui em outro mecânico e advinha a surpresa? meus amortecedores estavam ruins, ou seja, eles comeram R$ 280,00 fazendo uma cambagem desnecessária. E lembra dos pneus montados sem graxa?, pois é, dirigí 60 km, estacionei e fui dormir, no dia seguinte o pneu estava totalmente vazio, sem furos, o ar simplesmente vazou pelos lados.
Resumo: O preço dos serviços é bem competitivo, mas o atendimento e o serviço realizado é muiiiiiiiiito ruim. Não recomendo.

No, it's just cambering, and there went another R$ 280.00 and another hour of service that, incidentally, had to be repeated. Leaving the store, in the first 500 meters the car pulled to the left twice and the steering was completely silly, I returned, explained what was happening and the leader didn't even want to drive the car to test, although I insisted on it, the car came back for the alignment machine, then Raimundo said he "had a loose nut", I asked to calibrate the tires and left, remembering that I got there at 8:30 am and left at 12:10. That same night I started to hear some crackling noises in front of the car, the next day I went to another mechanic and guess what? my shock absorbers were bad, that is, they ate R$ 280.00 doing an unnecessary camber. And remember the tires mounted without grease?, yes, I drove 60 km, parked and went to sleep, the next day the tire was completely empty, without holes, the air simply leaked out on the sides.
Summary: The price of the services is very competitive, but the service and the service provided is soooo bad. I do not recommend.
