★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Veio faltando um nuggets e a batata veio fria e crua. Um descaso com o cliente… não tem nenhum telefone para entrar em contato, péssimo… não compro mais.
 Terrible attendance. One nuggets was missing and the potato came cold and raw. A negligence with the customer… they don't have a phone number to contact, too bad… I won't buy anymore.

Mas a pior foi pedir tortinhas e sorvete para viagem, a tortinha demora a ser feita, ao invés dos funcionários aguardar o pedido todo estar pronto
Fizeram o sorvete para consumo no local mesmo o pedido identificado para viagem
O sorvete ficou lá derretendo não fizeram a troca, dizendo que a massa estava mole mesmo que não tinha derretido
All experiences in the unit I had a problem with inattention with some item
But the worst part was ordering tartlets and ice cream to go, the tart takes a long time to be made, instead of the employees waiting for the entire order to be ready
They made the ice cream for consumption on the spot, even the order identified for takeout
The ice cream was there melting they didn't change it, saying the dough was soft even though it hadn't melted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E o pior McDonald’s que já comi,que já fiz pedido,toda vez que faço pedido pelo ifood e nessa unidade sempre dá problema,eu fiz o pedido de 100 reais e veio incompleto e ainda molhado por ter caído o refrigerante,entrei em contato com a loja pelo ifood eles não deram atenção encerram meu atendimento,a loja e a pior unidade,quem tem opção de pedir de outro lugar peça,foi a última vez que faço pedido nessa unidade, e eu vou entrar com meus direitos se não me deram um posicionamento pois o pedido foi para o lixo sem condições alguma de comer
And the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten, I've ever ordered, every time I order from ifood and in this unit there's always a problem, I ordered 100 reais and it came incomplete and still wet because the soda had fallen out, I contacted the store by ifood they didn't pay attention they closed my service, the store is the worst unit, who has the option to order from elsewhere ask, it was the last time I order in this unit, and I'll enter with my rights if they didn't give me a positioning because the order went to the trash without any conditions to eat

Atendimento não tem ! Pedi uma informação pra uma moça na COZINHA ...
FIz o pedido sem orientação alguma, lanche frio, minha esposa pediu lanche com bacon veio sem simplesmente horrível .....
1 time I come to the place and I will never go back....
Service does not have! I asked a girl in the KITCHEN for information...
I made the order without any guidance, cold snack, my wife asked for a snack with bacon it came without just awful .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a primeira e última vez, a pior experiência em McDonald's da minha vida foi ontem a noite nesta loja. O atendimento foi péssimo, a loja estava imunda, o sanitário masculino estava quebrado (sem trinco) e no vaso havia lixo. No local não tinha segurança e para causar ainda mais mal estar havia algumas crianças dentro da loja pedindo esmola, o tempo todo.
It was the first and last time, the worst McDonald's experience of my life was last night in this store. The service was terrible, the store was filthy, the men's toilet was broken (no latch) and there was garbage in the toilet. There was no security in the place and to cause even more discomfort there were some children inside the store asking for alms, all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela 2a. vez fomos no drive, uma vez mais de 1 hora de espera, hoje o atendimento foi bem até a entrega do pedido, atendente mal preparada, mal educada. Sem contar que o suco de caixinha veio estragado.
Infelizmente não iremos mais neste estabelecimento.
By 2nd. once we went to the drive, once more than 1 hour of waiting, today the service was good until the delivery of the order, poorly prepared, rude attendant. Not to mention that the juice box came spoiled.
Unfortunately we will no longer be at this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi no ifood hoje, dia 23/04/2022. Não me enviaram 1 lanche cheddar que eu comprei.
Vide em anexo comprovante e foto do que eu recebi, faltando o lanche do cheddar.
Não achei telefone para ligar. O único canal que achei foi através de postar uma revisão no Google e no Reclame Aqui.
I ordered on ifood today, the 23/04/2022. They didn't send me 1 cheddar snack I bought.
See attached proof and photo of what I received, missing the cheddar snack.
I couldn't find a phone to call. The only channel I found was through posting a review on Google and Reclame Aqui.

Terrible! They didn't send my snack, the mega fries came in half, they didn't send the sauce for the nuggets either. I just lost money
